Took my phone to have the battery replaced..
Took my phone to have the battery replaced and one smashed camera. After picking my phone up from him about a week later the battery inside started to move, and then my phone would only charge to about 30%, until it said it was too hot to charge. I took it to another shop today and they said that the new battery had not been put in properly, the original glue that was left on the phone was used to put the new battery in and the lithium was leaking out of the new battery he had put in which could of been dangerous. So having to take it to another shop has now cost me double to get it fixed.

iPhone screen replaced
Accidentally dropped something on my IPhone breaking the screen yesterday checked on the internet and found MrT Repair Centre with good reviews.
So went into to find the shop and found they were very friendly and there was another customer there recommended them as they had a repair done by them.
So left the phone with them whilst we went off to do other things on our return the phone was repaired and a new screen protector fitted at what I thought was a reasonable price.
I was thinking that the phone was a right off but certainly MrT Repair Centre proved me wrong.

I've had 3 fantastic experiences with this shop. Most recently my son broke his phone and hadn't backed up his data, most other shops in Brentwood said it was ‘unrepairable’, photos and data gone and attempted to sell me a reconditioned phone. This place fixed the phone, restored the data and charged me a mere £45. Fantastic service! I'm a loyal customer now.

Had my laptop for 2.5 weeks
Had my laptop for 2.5 weeks - changed the battery and it still didnt work - Damaged the keyboard - kept the screws - laptop and cable were filthy and scratched when returned. I will never return as customer - AVOID AVOID AVOID

They completely messed my phone up it over heats it don’t charge it won’t update it does it’s own thing sometimes and when I went in to speak to them about it they refused to do anything please don’t go there they just won’t the money and will mess up your devices

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Gave my MacBook which was very slow. I was told that I’ll receive a call in couple of days with results from diagnosis and confirm the fix and price.
I wasn’t called, after 4 days upon following up, I was told that it is yet to be looked upon. Then 6 days later, I was told that they can’t even switch on the laptop and would charge me 75£ just to switch it on and then confirm what the exact problem is and the cost of fixing.
Can you imagine, 10 days my laptop was there and they couldn’t even switch on and wanted me to pay 75£ just to switch on.
Today I swung by the store, collected my Mac and with a gracious smile left the store, never to go back! 😊

When you initially brought your laptop to us, you mentioned it was running very slow. Upon inspection, we discovered that the laptop wouldn’t charge or turn on. You indicated you would bring a charger to help us confirm this, but unfortunately, it was not provided. Without the ability to power on the device, We informed you that we decided not to proceed with replacing the hard drive, as it would not have resolved the underlying issue and would have been a waste of your money.
We then provided you with a quotation to address the power issue (not to press the power button), which was essential to get the laptop operational before addressing the initial concern of performance.
If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re happy to assist and clarify any concerns.

Dropped my iPhone XS max in the pool on…
Dropped my iPhone XS max in the pool on holiday. I thought I was going to loose all of my photos that hadn’t backed up. I took my phone to 3 shops who all turned me away until I was recommended to Mr T within a couple of hours my phone was fixed & back like nothing had happened! I can’t thank you enough!
