After initially being disappointed that the wrong cable had been sent , after contacting the Tech team a return label was sent & within a day of returning the wrong item I had delivery of correct cable

Laptop was as advertised. Wrong charge lead sent which was rectified with a pho e call.

A large selection of refurbished units to suit all tastes. I wanted a Win 11 (with 16GB RAM) as my minimum spec and there were plenty to choose from. After purchase, communication was excellent throughout. The start up help sheet included with the laptop was a nice touch. I will be recommending you to my friends

I needed 8GB RAM and I did like what this shop offered for a reasonable price. I've told about it to my friend and he asked me to buy one for him as well, as he's currently away. I told him the price and wanted to order for him today, well the item is all of sudden £5 dearer. What could've changed in less than 24 hours that the price jumped up this much?

The Macbook is in excellent as stated in the write up, also the team at TechPros had given me a free upgrade which doubled the ram and the SSD. It is a very fast computer and ideal for my grandson who we bought it for, he is at university doing music and performing arts.
