Software works as advertised.
After I purchased and downloaded, I had a question about installing it on Windows 10. I emailed support - and they responded promptly and gave me the solution. The software works seamlessly.

I purchased an activation code for Microsoft office pro, for my new computer, and even though the first code didn't work, I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a new code which worked perfectly!!

I received the product I purchased but, due to a hidden MS product on my computer it did not load correctly.
My Tech Expert Andrew, was able to help me through removing the unused and hidden program and reinstalling the product I purchased. He was professional, extremely helpful as well as responding quickly. I will use their services in the future!!

There was a delay in getting the download link for my Mac; I sent an email to Andrew and got a very quick response/helpful tips. I appreciated this as I was initially wary of purchasing Office from this site at half the cost of the Microsoft website offer. All set up now though, thankyou!

I had the exact same problem as Carl Newman ( who wrote a review here). Download failed the first time but they sent me a “fix” and everything is working fine now.

At first my Office download failed but I got an immediate offer to help. It turns out that all the old software must be deleted first. After that everything loaded fine. I might suggest making that requirement better known upfront. This is my 2nd purchase and have been very happy with both.

I don't understand why do you sell products knowing the Product Keys are used up. This is disingenuous at best. I'm disappointed that I've requested a refund or keys that work and at this point have received neither.

I had some issues with my activation key and downloading to my MacBook laptop, but I sent an email and the response was fast and they worked out all the issues and got me up and running! Thanks so much for the fantastic fast replies!
