Don't buy it.

I purchased Microsoft Office in Dec 2023. It did not work. I sent an email to the support for help and heard nothing back. It is a scam.

Product was exactly as advertised, I needed a little assistance the response was quick and accurate.

I was somewhat suspicious of this company since it claimed to be US-based, but the credit card charge came back as an international transaction. Nevertheless, the download worked perfectly, and the codes actually activated the full suite of Microsoft Office 2021 Pro Plus, which was an amazing bargain! In addition, when I tried to contact the company, there was an actual, real person on the other end; a very helpful fellow by the name of Andrew Waugh. Based on my experience, I highly recommend TechExpertBuy!

Yeah, this price is a STEEP discount. If you've previously purchased from such sellers, yes, getting a message that the activation code has met its limit occasionally happens.

It happened to me and I received a same day response with a new working code from Andrew.

Everything is working great for the Microsoft Office 2021 I purchased at a great discount! I would have given 5 stars, but I did have a failure with the first product key giving a message that it had "already been activated the minimum number of times." I emailed support right away and received another product key on the same day that worked. Full Microsoft Office 2021 suite is fully operational !

Initial download issue speedily resolved by Andrew; who also followed up to ensure success.

I mistakenly bought the wrong version of MS Office for a Windows 8 PC. I reached out to the company via email, requesting a refund or exchange. I received a response within 24 hours, including the link to download the correct version, with instructions and key code. I was able to install the new version quickly and easily. Very happy with the service!

I received my order promptly. I even was able to get assistance in changing my order from Windows to Mac since I had changed which device I was purchasing for my personal use.

I wasnt sure if this would really work and my first couple of times of trying to install kept associating with a wrong Office account. Everytime I contacted support they were ALWAYS responsive. I am up and running now. I really appreciate good customer service which was provided.

I did not receive the purchase code by em as promised. I was able to find the code by researching my order number, however the code was invalid. It took Andrew nearly 2 days to respond to my 3 emails, then only repeating to me the invalid code. It would be helpful to have a telephone number to reach this company. I gave them 2 stars because they refunded my purchase price on the third day. I do thank them for forcing me to do more research and find a more competent provider of software.

Downloading went without any issues, had trouble finding software and Andrew replied via email promtly.
