Excellent service. My son’s Xbox would not switch on & also had a controller not working. Dropped them both off & were back fully repaired & working within 7days. Sent my son's meta quest 3S that had stopped charging and had a burning smell when plugged in. Tech centre successfully fixed it and it was sent back promptly for a great price. Half the price of what I had been quoted elsewhere.

Prompt, quality repair.
Took my Gameboy Color into my local CEX store. They sent my console away to the Tech Centre for repair. I was regularly informed of progress and notified when it had been repaired and awaiting collection. It now works perfectly. Apparently, the power button was faulty, and the board needed attention. Super happy! 🙂

HDMI broke on Xbox X. Took in for repair, delivered back fixed less than a week later. And if they can't repair it you don't pay. I'd left a game inside Xbox by mistake, was returned all packaged along with Xbox. Great service
