Meta Quest 3 repairs
I have sent Meta Quest 3 for repairs. It broken just 6 months after warranty expired. The device got repaired super fast. Everything was working as it should and I got the a very extensive root cause explanation. 6 out of 5!

Easy access to service, just dropped off in store, no having to drive miles, kept updated by email, fixed item collected from store, no nasty price surprise.
So good to have local access to repair facilities, love to get tech repaired rather than sent to e-waste!
