A lot buggier than Skype. Images sent on my phone often don't appear for anyone, including my own account when viewing on PC. Regularly it fails to notify ogf new messages. Often the reply is placed b... See more

I don't call Windows windows
I don't call Windows windows, I call it MHS, for Million Hidden switches, and trying to get started with this garbage has all the usual frustrations. Must have a microsoft account, and then get 365 and Edge rammed down your throat, then need to change my cookie sttings............
Google is not perfect but are a million miles ahead of this pushy shower.
Disappointed
Slow, general things like changing your pfp or finding your assignments is complicated. Will always ask to switch to the new teams every time doubling the time it takes to open teams. Unreliable and overall disappointing experience.
Waste of time
Horrible experience every time
Horrible experience every time. Installs updates on start, not in background, so I'm late for the meeting. Sometimes it just shows white scree, then hangs and doesn't connect. Common Excel files sent in chat are opened in web for some reason, then it asks to register, sends an authorization code, asks me to register on Sharepoint. Endless problems which will make a stressful meeting worse. Avoid if you can.
I love Teams Microsoft
I love Teams Microsoft, but after the latest updates, it started to glitch sometimes. Overall, I am sarisfied
Teams was 'unable to access' my camera...
Teams was 'unable to access' my camera when I had a very important virtual meeting. I find out afterwards through research that this was because I had my webcam app open at the same time (this is never an issue with Zoom meetings). Teams should have said that it wasn't working because the camera was being used in a separate application so I could have resolved it before or during the meeting. Awful experience with Teams.

I hate it i hate it it's not a successful app
Slack is like heaven and Teams is like hell
awful interface
awful interface, have to log in a million times to do anything, confusing pages opening everywhere, no clarity on what the app does/doesn't do, have to install hundreds of apps to open different document types, random buttons take you to random places, buttons disappear
feels janky and throw together in an attempt to compete with zoom
Microsoft Teams is such a horrible app
Microsoft Teams is such a horrible app. These constant audio problems that are reported all over the internet never get fixed. Even on my third and brand new laptop it just didn't work. I don't understand why people are still using this messy app since Zoom is so much more reliable and also comes with a much better design. "Date of experience" covers not just one day but years.
Very disappointed with the app…
I am working in 18000 employees organisation. We moved to Teams more than a year ago. But we have unresolvable issues.
I am very disappointed with the app especially when using the mobile to attend a virtual meeting.
Within our working environment Microsoft installed hardware to support Teams meetings. And the hardware just doesn't work- no point having microphones in a room if these don't work. Hopefully we'll move to another app.
Frequent lag, bugs and inefficient.
My school uses Microsoft Teams, after a year of using Teams I’m very disappointed as it was made by such a big company. Loading into the site takes forever and interactions are slow and just not smooth. Another issue I had was with notifications, whenever there’s an assignment or announcement it was unclear if there was notifications for it, usually because there are way too many notifications for useless replies, messing with settings just makes it worse. The whole interface is not very well designed and inefficient, and no proper way to sort different teams and everything is very complex, not being friendly to teachers and students alike. There are also many bugs with the website and app, the main issue I experience on the website is when Teams send me to a random page on Teams and I can’t even return to the previous page. With both app and the website, one main bug that’s been bothering me this year was just replies and posts not showing up even when the page is reloaded, while showing up on others’ devices. In conclusion, I’m very disappointed in Teams, do not use teams unless required by your Company or School, there are many alternatives that work better and smoother than Teams such as Google Classrooms and Slack.
A horrible man-hating product
A horrible man-hating product. The people who made this product should be in jail.
Very bad user experience
I'd never choose this software if it wasn't company policy. It was a huge downgrade coming from Google Suite. It is full of bugs that are different every time. Loading times are slow, it's quite common to wait over 10s. UX is not intuitive (e.g multiple clicks to accept a meeting). The mac version might make it worse, but confusing and frustrating to use overall. It is an internal joke that nobody likes to use it.
Wow really
Wow, really, it is a bad Software, really buggy.
A waste of time, tickle your nerves.
Microsoft you suck.
Worst program ever
horrible crap
horrible crap. i am sick of this company. teams is a phenomenally bad product.
what on earth is Internal calls to PLS Service have failed. We can't find the tenant region for 43dee0d3-ba2a-458c-8bfa-bb947be37a68. Please try again later.
I have been in loops trying to correct error messages that Teams is displaying. but it literally is a loop. go EF yourself. "click here" "oh wait. no"....
Please upgrade.. ok. I click it. "you cannot do blablabla".
So ineveitably I cannot use this piece of sh*!. But guess what. Industry is using it. So EF me. this sounds like the 90s microsoft debate. forcing people to use this crap, by means of smart marketing on their end.
Please go to the oppsitve of heave. everyone who was involved in making this product.
The anger I feel should cause seismic conditions
Not the best service. Needs improvement ASAP.
Very bad service for me. Even the features I like are buggy. Sometimes when I share the screen with someone with the "request control" function they can click what they want and I can't click anything! So they could easily turn my laptop off and I wouldn't be able to take my control back.
Not the best quality of calls. Lags a lot.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. It randomly logs you out, crashes, consumes a LOT of system resources, and is generally just very bloated for what it is. It's primarily a text communication app, and it loads like 4MB of JavaScript.
Really disappointing; you would expect better from Microsoft, and especially when Teams is such a widely-used product.
USELESS, ABSOLUTELY UNFIT
ABSOLUTELY UNEXPECTED OF A WELL-KNOWN COMPANY LIKE MICROSOFT TO GIVE SUCH FAULTY, HANGING AND A TIME-WASTING SOFTWARE LIKE THIS, WHICH WASTES HOURS TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!
Unusable outside or org: Krasches, loosing clients.
Each time you try to login to client created Teams meeting Teams krasches 4-5 times, or you have to signout/signin and end up just logging in, not entering meeting. Switching to web version means 3-4 attempts, emptying cache, changing browser etc. until it loads. Most people won't have the knowledge or patient to do this and my clients looses meetings since their customers is unable to get teams to work.
So 1: Currently unusable if you are to use it outside of your own organization where the clients might not be expert on it.
2: If you don't have the resource a support firm with lots of experience avoid using this for your business altogether and use something easier and stabler like Zoom or Google Meets.
