So sorry to hear you're disappointed with the app. We're actively working on expanding our food database but we have a tonne of non-branded generic options you can utilise. If there's food you can't find in the database you can add these through the create a food feature and we'll get these verified as quickly as possible. As we are a UK based company, we do use the metric system I'm afraid, but I will pass along the feedback and hope to expand the different unit possibilities to the team.

Quick dispatch and good communication for a great product but choice of courier slows down delivery. Product dispatched within 24 hours but courier hangs on to it for days.

Very poor customer service
I had joined team rh. The app is no better than my fitness pal.
Their customer service are appalling.
Due to personal circumstances I needed to cancel, after numerous emails, messages, reaching out for help... they didnt respond. When they eventually got back to me they wouldnt cancel. I ended up having to go to the bank and cancel my bank card. Very poor and nothing but con artists! Disgusting!
Their t&cs are NOT clear and not correct. It states a 2 week cooling off period but they dont honour this, and ignore your requests untill it's beyond it.

The app is great, makes it so easy to count calories and ensure that our food hits all the macros. The bar code scanner is a game changer just pick up and scan and you can see exactly what you are eating.
I can see now that I would never be losing weight if I had not come across Team RH.

Why you cannot cancel this is beyond a joke, they claim to be better than MyFitnessPal they aren’t, it’s the same old rubbish in a awful layout, yes MyFitnessPal might be more expensive but at least when your at your goal you can cancel it, this you are locked in for 12 months and it’s not clearly worded when you are signing up! Hidden in the ts and cs!

Easiest tracker I've found
The ease of tracking my food, calories etc to help my weightloss. Also the bar code scanner for lots of foods from many outlets helpful. Will continue to use and recommend to anyone trying to lose weight. Excellent tool.
