Gefälschte Unterschrift auf Anträgen
Mir wurde durch Team Germany Energie GmbH oder einem ihrer Handelsvertreter, mein Gas- und Stromvertrag beim bisherigen Versorger ohne mein Wissen gekündigt und bei mir unbekannten Unternehmen neu abgeschlossen. Dies ist ganz klar Betrug, da ich nie mein Einverständnis dazu gegeben habe und Team Germany Energie GmbH nicht kenne und auch nie Kontakt hatte. Auf Anträgen ist meine Unterschrift gefälscht, eine falsche Emailadresse und Mobilnummer. Wie oder durch wen diese Firma an meine Daten gelangt ist, ist mir schleierhaft. Ich habe die Sache einem Anwalt übergeben.
