I needed just 5 wardrobe hanging rails costing £1 each, so I didn’t think I would be able to order of such a low value. I was wrong! Not only did the woman at their customer services give excellent and friendly advice and even phoned up my local depot to see if they were in stock for me, but they arrived the next day and a man from the depot told me I could pick up my rails from their reception. Excellent service even for such an insignificant amount! I would definitely recommend.

We recently organised a last-minute order of crates, and PHS were excellent. Paul and Jack, our delivery drivers, were professional, patient, and very helpful. They even delivered the crates all the way to the top of our building. Fantastic service!

Just received a delivery of over 500 x crates. Bearing in mind that our yard at this time was extremely busy but your guys Paul & Alex were very patient. They offloaded the crates and placed them as instructed but were still conscientious of where they were putting them and checked with myself before placing them .. A couple of good guys you have there. Also very polite..

To be honest, I find the whole situation from sale to refund completely unprofessional. The order was placed a week and a half ago, and throughout that time I was repeatedly assured that the matter was being looked into. Despite promises of callbacks, I never received a single return call and was left chasing for updates myself.

What is most frustrating is not just the lack of stock, but the lack of communication and customer service throughout the process. I struggle to understand how a company can operate in this way and consider this an acceptable level of service.

Had I been informed promptly that the item was unavailable, I could have made alternative arrangements much sooner. Instead, I have lost valuable time waiting for updates that never came.

What a Service i have got from Paul in the warehouse today. He was very professional. Gave me all the info that i needed. I have been using this service for years and i shall continue for year to come. 07.04.2026

Paul and Brian were brilliant and were very polite. Poor Paul had to bring the crates up stairs as the lifts weren't working. Police and very helpfull.

I have been using tea crate for years. Not only the best quality supplier of products but the team are outstanding. From Nicky in the office to Shane in the Warehouse nothing is too much trouble and they have bailed me out of many a difficult situation over the years. Wouldn't go anywhere else and neither should you.

I have ordered and paid for packaging materials one week ahead of my customer moving day.
On the pick up I was told that not all my materials are in stock.
Wasted my time next day on the phone to management to explain my needs that I need that otherwise wont be able to pack.
Once arrived staff was not aware of situations
The manager old guy without front teeth said to me to shut up.…., otherwise call police on me?

An easy process from start to finish. Ordered our packaging materials
online with the option to collect as we didn't have enough for a delivery. Arrived at the collection depot in Southall where Paul and Alex from the warehouse had the order all ready to go. No fuss. No waiting. Fantastic service and great staff

I had ordered a collection of 100 crates from my yard but when the guys arrived there were over 200 crates to collect. Even though there was more than double the original amount,Andy and Paul were happy to take them even though they had another large collection after my job. Great service as always!

I recently used Teacrate for IT crate rentals for our office move. The weekly rental cost was reasonable, their system was easy to use for booking and they were reliable in dropping off the crates.

My only negative is that I tried on two occasions to get an estimated time for the crates collection on the Monday so that I could make arrangements to be available at the collection address. Firstly on the Friday afternoon I was told that I needed to phone back at 9am on the Monday. When I did, I was then told the vehicles were not yet routed, it was likely to be late afternoon and someone will phone me back with a time. The driver then phoned me just before midday to say that he was downstairs at the pick up location. Thankfully, I was there but that courtesy ETA call I was promised would've been helpful in organising logistics, as I was between the old and new address and I could have very well missed the collection as I was told it would likely be late pm. Other than this, the service was generally good.

We had a great experience with PHS. Anna Matusiak provided good communication, and made sure we received and had our crates collected seamlessly.
