Above and beyond
This tea company always goes above and beyond my expectations. I love trying different teas every time I order. Of course I have my favorite teas that I order each time but I also appreciate the little samples that they send me. Aside from the exceptional quality of the teas themselves, the packaging is also always beautiful.

Wonderful tea company
Wonderful tea company, first purchased whilst visiting London.
I now order batches (free delivery over £50) always a prompt delivery of a quality product! Always a sample to try with a hand signed note-nice touch.

Great customer service!
Great customer service, both in-store and online, the teas arrive quickly and sometimes with a little sample of another tea, and always with a cute little note. They even pay for customs (atleast to my country). The teas are amazing too, and i will continue to regularly order from their website!

Not so impressed
Order different tea to try. Unfortunately, not so impressed as the aroma seems artificial especially the lavender rose tea and osmanthus tea. To me, its like essential oil was added in to enrich the aroma. Sorry this wasnt what I like

Absolutely top-notch service! I ordered tea from London to Zurich and couldn’t be more pleased.
