Impressive Ethics
I was very impressed by the company's ethics: I ordered an Evo clamp from the website and instead of just blindly shipping it to me, the company took thorough care to explain that the clamp on its own does not equal a roof rack. Although I ended up not ordering the whole package as the total cost exceeded my budget, I would highly recommend this company to anyone as you will be taken seriously and before the shipment is made, the company will ensure you understand everything about the product you are getting.

Lack of or poor communication
Was sent a promo code and did not work. Other than that it’s good. They resolved the issue right away. Highly recommend.
UPDATE….
After about 3 weeks of me placing my order, I did not receive any update on shipping. So I had to take matters into reaching out to them for an update to only find out it will be back ordered for a month and a half and maybe longer. The fact that the lack of or poor communication is terrible. If I hadn’t reached out I’d still be here with no answer. Will not do business with them again.

Buyer beware!!!
I ordered and paid for a part online. The next day I received an email saying they cannot get that part, so I ordered it elsewhere. A month later I got my credit card bill and they Tdot has charged me over $1286.00 for a part they don't even have! This company is a total scam, buyers beware!!!

Terrible service and agents who have no…
Terrible service and agents who have no idea what they are doing.!
1) 1 800 number takes about 15 minutes to answer.
2) Follow up on 2 week old order. Company said they sent tracking number. They didn't! Goods were charged to c.c. even though not shipped.
3) Got tracking # from agent. Tracking only repeated order. Nothing about delivery dates!
4) Tried to cancel but couldn't. Company confirmed goods were on the way. They weren't!
5) Will cancel through Visa as goods undelivered.
These are easy things to fix. Nobody paying attention to the simple stuff.
