Have been using their services for more than a year and never encountered any issue regarding placing trades or making transactions. Also, their spreads are the best in the market. This is the broker a trader must have.

I've been working with them for over 3…
I've been working with them for over 3 years now and I just want to say that they are the best that I found. My top 3 things that I think is a big plus are tight FIXED spreads, no commissions or other taxes and a fast and reliable customer support.

TD365 is the best platform out there.
TD365 is the best platform I found out there. Spreads are really tight, transparent and fixed - no BS or variabile spreads. Everything just works. Deposits and withdrawals works fine. Support is fast and thats all I need.

Unsettling Platform Behavior and Lack of Transparency
I am compelled to share my recent experience with TD365, and unfortunately, it has been far from satisfactory. Over the past months, I observed a troubling pattern coinciding with the growth of my trading account.
The platform's functionality has been marred by frequent glitches, and the slippage has been nothing short of absurd, seemingly working against users' interests. This sudden turn of events has raised suspicions, especially as it aligns with a positive upswing in my account's returns since November of last year.
Despite my attempts to seek clarification and resolution, the response has been lacking. It is disheartening to witness what appears to be a lack of transparency and accountability from TD365. The skewed slippage ratios, favoring negative outcomes, are particularly concerning.
I want to emphasize the urgency of addressing these issues. While I understand that technical challenges may arise, the frequency and impact on trading outcomes cannot be ignored. As a conscientious investor, I am disheartened by the apparent deviation from fair and ethical practices.
In light of these concerns, I am left with no choice but to consider escalating the matter by filing reports and complaints with relevant financial regulatory authorities. It is my hope that this review serves as a catalyst for a much-needed review of internal processes and client communication practices at TD365.
Investors deserve a transparent, reliable, and fair trading environment, and my recent experiences with TD365 have cast doubt on these principles.

Great Customer support
I would like to thank Marcus Bidmead for calling me, very professional and respectful account executive, I really appreciate his help for answering all my questions.
Also I would like to give a big thanks to the customer support division of TD365, I have maybe 30 accounts across all well-known brokers but maybe 2 or 3 of them call me upon my registration and 1 of them is TD365, keep it up.
also I'm positive that basically no one will ever run into deposit and withdrawal problems as long as you don't do something wrong with your trading account, since High-stake traders like TOM HOUGARD as seen on YouTube videos ( Tom hougard's YT channel ) showing about 6 figures in his TD account. and as far as I know he has been working with them for a long time.
Overall everything is transparent and Nice.
