TDP is doing great.

It has taken a while to resolve my problems, but the time required was not caused by TDP. The problem was my slowness in locating and providing the requested tax information to TDP.

When I first started working with Tax Defense Partners it was a long wavy road of both unforgiving and very intolerable actions that I HAD to go thru during this process (with both TDP and IRS).
Then the great man above (GOD) heard my prayers and sent April Landers to me (main contact for me). I cannot express how relieved and how much help Ms. Landers has given me and my family. The days of stress and worry have been cut 70%, If not daily but weekly feedback, course of actions, is given to me by her. She is truly a GODSEND within this company. She is very knowledgeable in her specialty as well as Tax Laws. I gratefully and sincerely appreciate ALL of the help that Ms. Landers has given me. I hate that we had to meet this way, but true blessings come in disguise.

Overall results were satisfactory. My only issue was the lack of communication.

I did not get the outcome I wanted but I knew that they took my case to heart and did their best.

Paid a lot of money just to be set up on a payment plan. Could have done this myself for free. I was told as a minimum they would get rid of penalties and interest. They did not come through for me. I do not recommend them to help with tax problems.

Without reservation I can truly attest to Tax Defense Partners as the very best in Income Tax Representation. Due to an extreme illness and the felonious actions of a relative who controlled my finances during my illness, I was 3 years behind in my taxes. Tax Defense Partners worked on my behalf constantly and daily using wonderful attorneys resulting in all tax penalties and interest being dropped by the IRS. Preparer had to review forms two and sometimes three times to identify all of the tax withheld. Tax withheld was my only control point to begin the process, but when that did not tie out, I found other problems

They agreed to do the job for $5,500.00 but charged my credit card for $7,000.00. When I asked them to deduct the $3,000.00 fees paid them in FY 2015, they would not. Now I need to amend the return to rectify that situation.

The earliest tax year they prepared required me to send IRS a payment of several hundred dollars. I was surprised to receive a refund of the amount paid with the explanation that the law did not allow them to collect overdue tax after a certain amount of time. I thought TDP should be aware of the time limitation. That should have initiated a refund from TDP to me, as the earliest period was the one that caused extra expense to me for IRS to provide the tax data that I had somehow lost.

IRS did not receive one of the returns and TDP did follow up and brought it to my attention. The refund has been received. That was a good thing.

Tax Defense Partners made my life abundantly less stressful. It took some time, but the results were well worth the wait...

Since 2011 I've worked with Tax Resolution Services/Tax Defense Partners and can only speak highly of their helpfulness,professionalism and guidance through some very trying times with the IRS and Ca Franchise Tax Board. At one point with what seemed impossible with my back at the wall they negotiated an OIC that literally saved me tens of thousands of dollars the IRS wanted from me.
