Did nothing for me but made me do a lot of scans and paperwork for nothing. They couldn't help me but took my money fast enough with empty promises left behind. Maybe they could help, but take the money they want and put it towards your taxes. Ha, that's what i should have done ...
Almost 4 years and $14,000 and all they did was file 4 years of back taxes. Totally incompetent. I had at least 6 different case workers. I couldn't even talk to them unless a made an appointment ( usually a week out) with 2 very rude receptionists threatening to hang up on me when I expressed my frustration with this company. I originally hired them to negotiate my 2018 taxes due to capital gains and file 4 years of back taxes where I didn't owe any money for 2019-2022 in April of 2022 at a cost of $3,800. I got a new credit card to pay off what I owed the IRS in 2023. Tax Network USA legal team called me and said the IRS was going to put a huge lien on my property and they needed $20,000 to save me from that happening and needed to be done the next day. I said a didn't have it and my credit limit was $10,000. They took that plus $200 from another credit card and not 1 peep or piece of paper or communication from them after that. Crickets. I continued calling. Linsey Green was my 4th or 5th case worker. She was somewhat helpful in getting my 2021 and 2022 taxes filed. Tax accountant used by Tax Network USA who signed my 2022 taxes did my 2023 taxes for free apologizing for my case taking so long. Next call I made. I had a new case worker: Thomas Bruce. Not helpful. Telling me to trust him and that He wanted to get my case finished. Still nothing. Had someone else do my taxes for 2024 due to their incompetence obviously. They were filed in September 2025. Talked to Thomas Bruce. He said they have not showed up as filed. Really! That was several months back and forth by email/text. Then I get an email Thomas sent saying it was completed by their legal department and I needed to sign it. I told him it was not completed and lacked some income data. He requested the closing amounts for 2 small saving accounts for 2025 which I sent him in 2 days after that. That was Jan/Feb of 2025. Since then, not a peep. Issue still not resolved. This company's behavior is borderline criminal. Find another accountant.
I saw an ad on a media outlet and called for a free consultation. The gentelman listened to my tax problem, assured me that my situation was an easy fix since I had court documents stating I wasn’t liable, and they’d put someone on it ASAP. I paid $3250, signed engagement papers with their company and essentially played phone tag for a couple of months and continued to receive notices from the IRS on the matter. Taxnetwork USA never made any effort on my behalf other than the initial intake. My husband wrote a review about Taxnetwork USA stating our dissatisfaction with their lack of service.
Upon that review hitting their radar, I received a message from a management specialist. She said I could sign a termination agreement and they would return less than half of my payment in 3-5 days. After a month I reached out again and she said she couldn’t find it, but in the meantime, she’d send me another one and that my husband needed to remove his poor review. I responded that so far, his review still held true. That their company has no follow through. Since then she has ghosted me completely. Even though I have a printed copy of the signed termination agreement and all her emails that prove this review is more than accurate. Please Never Use This Company. They will take your money- and they do not care!

Coming out of the gate they are attentive compassionate and reassuring they are working for you. As soon as you get financed to pay their fees you rarely hear from them. After sending in my documentation over a year ago I have no idea what I’m still paying for or what they negotiated.
I never received any type of statement via the mail that said this is what the irs says you owe and this is what we negotiated. No clear explanation of how they were able to reduce my tax debt. I don’t even know if they reduced my debt based on lack of any information. Instead I got an email that says the irs answered and lifted penalties for 2023 but haven’t answered for 2013 and 2017 but we negotiated a payment plan of $266 a month. No one asked if that amount was doable so I’m set up to fail on paying each month. And what is the payment plan for 2023 or all 3 years? Nothing is clear.
When I called today I was told we closed yoor account in November so you’ll have to log into the irs website to see what you owe. How is it possible they haven’t answered 2 years of my taxes and you’ve closed my case.
I paid $3000 on a finance plan for years 2013 and 2017 to help find out what I owe and why and how to resolve it. Then paid an additional $350 for the to do my 2023 easy form taxes and negotiate the penalties. Seems they only did the 2023 so I wasted $3000.

What made my experience great was my case manager. AUBREY GROVER has truly made the difference. Initially i was given a case manager that was ok. They later removed that person and i had to start over as they are not great with passing the information along to their people. i found out that the original case manager was pregnant so they had no choice. They then gave me another case manager who was not the best. I called and they immediately replaced this one with Aubrey. I have been extremely happy since then. We are finally seeing a light at the end of the IRS tunnel. THANK YOU AUBREY FOR ALL YOU HELP

I was pretty happy with the service overall. I had an issue with my company’s payroll system — not enough taxes were withheld, so when tax season came around, I ended up owing around $11,000 - and something like $489 to the state.
The case manager I worked with (and I believe an attorney or Enrolled Agent as well - they have both) spoke to the IRS on my behalf and was able to get a reduction in what I owed and set up a manageable monthly payment plan for the remaining balance.
I had to do some work — gathering paperwork, providing numbers, and helping complete financial forms — but that’s unavoidable since they need information to represent you - and how would they even have that! Even my local tax guy requires work. The difference is that they handled the communication and negotiation with the IRS, which I definitely could not have done myself - well, I tried and failed.
I also appreciated that they worked with me on a payment plan for their fees, which made the service possible for me. Think Affirm, or FlexPay. haha
Overall, the process was simple - probably could have paid less to try and do it myself, but the IRS is terrible and wasn't worth the stress of them coming after me because I did something wrong.

I was overwhelmed dealing with IRS tax debt and years of unfiled returns, but Tax Network USA made the process manageable. They helped me file all missing years, amended other returns which lowered my total debt, and set up a comfortable installment plan for my state taxes. Their team communicated clearly and regularly, which gave me peace of mind throughout the process. I’m very thankful for their help and would absolutely recommend them.

If I could warn any one person who reads this, it's worth my time to give a review that should be a Negative -5, not even 1 star. Do not do business with these people. I have not spoken to one competent individual. I cannot even get a Contact email for the professionals allegedly named on my power of attorney. This is not a legal firm, it's a money billing fraud. The company is called Tax Network USA in Encino CA and I heard about them thru the podcast Candace Owens. She will get my feedback too.

I am so happy with my experience. I was able to do a settlement for a quarter of what I owed. My case manager was great. I spoke with the service department manager as well she was amazing and detail oriented. Smooth process which was done in a year.

Tax Network USA has been an absolute lifesaver in helping me navigate the complex and often overwhelming process of dealing with the IRS and resolving back taxes owed. Much of that success comes down to the outstanding dedication and top-tier customer service provided by their representative, Michael Saucedo—I truly can't praise him enough.
Michael took full ownership of my case from the start. He was extremely effective in coordinating with his team members, including the highly skilled Ana Kukura, to get my situation stabilized with the IRS. Together, they crafted a practical resolution program that prevented levies or restrictions on my financial accounts, allowed me to continue covering my regular living expenses, and set up manageable payments to settle the debt over time.
Michael and Ana proved to be exceptional advocates on my behalf, communicating clearly and fighting diligently every step of the way. I'm genuinely grateful for their support and look forward to working with them as needed moving forward.
I wholeheartedly recommend Tax Network USA—and especially Michael Saucedo and Ana Kukura—to anyone facing a similar challenging tax situation with the IRS. They deliver real results with professionalism and care.

Evelyn Blake truly represents the integrity, as well as the experience and knowledge, of Tax Network Usa. I was honestly skeptical when I initially entered into a contract with them.
Evelyn put my fears to rest. Evelyn negotiated a very favorable solution to my tax issues with the Internal Revenue Service, one that was far better than I expected. I would recommend their services to anyone. I finally was able to sleep at night.

I will preface with the fact that we had been blindsided by some change in withholding we did do or were unaware of some change with the IRS itself from 2022 to 2023 and had $10,000 less withheld from one year to the next. We were blindsided with owing SO MUCH MONEY!!!! and then again for 2024. We first contacted them in Dec2024 and were given an agent who took 3-4weeks to respond, every single time. When our taxes were finally filed around May, we were told they were rejected. It turns out they were filed under the wrong social security number. We were passed to a different agent. 2-3 months passed with weeks between coordinated phone calls. When taxes were refiled, the amount we owed increased by $5,000. We were passed through (or at least contacted by or told to contact) maybe six different agents. When we had money available to pay what we owed in full, we were advised not to, and that they would set up a payment plan. Fast forward a few more months. Any changes made or questions answered have come from long calls with the IRS agents themselves, I truly don’t know what the $4,000 paid toward TNUSA has accomplished, as what we owed somehow went up $5000. Penalties and interest stacking up due to months between communications. They field out 2023 and 2024 under different names as the primary. This has caused so much more stress on top of an already horribly stressful situation. I would have been better off using that to pay the IRS instead of TNUSA.
We have been paying for these services for a year with absolutely no results. We have been asked repeatedly to send the same documents over and over. Now we are facing possible property levy with absolutely no relief of action on this company's part. We heard about this org on the Rick and Bubbah radio show and will be writing Rick Burgess to share our honest reviews as well. VERY disappointed.
Tax Network USA has been a trusted partner with our company for the last two years. We appreciate their responsiveness and expertise. We especially appreciate having a personal account manager and enjoy working with Aubrey Grover from Tax Network USA. We plan to use Tax Network USA for our 2025 Tax return.
Horrible service at Tax Scam Network USA, don't use. They'll tell you what you want to hear and that they'll help and get your debt to $0 or greatly reduced. They ignore you, transfer your case to 5-10 different case managers and delay delay to get more money. It's a cash grab scheme and nothing else. The customer service is horrendous and they miss appointments and then lie about the reasons. I wasn't even allowed to speak or go through my taxes with my tax preparer before submitting which was extremely concerning and confusing. They use your distress to make money. Then threaten to leave your case once it's close to completion to try and extort you for more money instead of completing the job you paid for. Please learn from my horrible mistake and don't use Tax Scam Network USA
Aubrey helped me file my taxes which were overdue and a huge mess. TNUSA with Aubrey Grover as my case manager worked diligently and I barely had to stress at all!
This company asked us for a $2,100 payment in advance, in July 2024, to negotiate with the IRS on our behalf. As of this date (December 1, 2025) they haven't even managed to provide a transcript showing how much we owe and for what. IRS has resumed collection activity. TNUSA stalled and played us along for a year and a half; they're no longer even responding to our emails. It appears that this company is a scam.
Ok , my wife has issue with IRS because they have failed to return our emails, phone calls and faxes in the last 6 months. The shutdown isn’t the reason as government is inefficient.. We have legal court documents stating we are not responsible for the tax year in question so Tax Network USA said it was a no brainer and asked us for 3000 dollars to take care of but they never did. As with the IRS our emails , phone calls have for most part been ignored. Also we have requested an itemized bill since we would like refund on balance or full amount. Anyway , please take time to review the others out there who reviewed much better.
