I have been with tax2u for a couple of years now they are very a professional company always there if you need them the dashboard is very easy to navigate through I have never had any problems if I have they are straight there to sort it out I would highly recommend tax2u to anyone thank you

This company is a scam!!!
Be very careful and think better before trusting them!
People are not aware what they do with the money they take for them from HMRC.
I found this company on Google while I was trying to obtain my UTR. After this service, they insisted with messages asking to make them my agent.
I accepted them as my agent for self-assessment, and they took from HMRC a tax refund for PAYE that HMRC owned me, without asking me, and of course without my permission. The sum was £84.44, and they sent me a message to inform that they had taken my money and they would send me £36.44, and the rest of the money is the fee for a service I never asked for. This is text: 'our fee is £40 (+vat) or 40% of the rebate (+vat), whatever fee is higher. If your tax return is any less than £40+vat Tax2u Ltd will keep the rebate as the chargeable fee'. A fee for a service I never asked for!!!
Imagine how much they would have stolen if my tax return would have been £800, instead of £80! I asked my money back and they refused to give it, unless they keep the fee they want.
This is fraud and I am sure most of the people are not aware that they would be in a worse situation if they trusted them!

Although the HMRC details seem to be daunting, it was quite easy to navigate the online application.
There was a error in my email address and this took a long time to identify with HMRC, but once this was cleared the process was quick.

Firstly I didn’t know anything about tax returns and how self assessment works, I was previously employed by employers who did my taxes. When I was not working anymore, I thought I didn’t have to do anything about taxes because I was not working I didn’t have a salary. You were so patient to keep sending me emails to explain that I still have to send my income tax ,you explained that any income I receive doesn’t have to be a salary. You are a good accountant who cares as well. Thank you Carmen.

I joined Tax2u 2024, went self employed for the first time and in a matter of weeks they gave my number out to random customers to call me and send me receipts! The customers told me that TAX2U gave them my number!!!!! This was ridiculous and extremely dangerous!! What on earth are they playing at?!!!!! I recommend you stay far away from this unprofessional company at all cost, they dislike also when the customer is in the right and they terminate your account also if you speak the truth about their bad conduct. They also failed to help me with my tax 2024-25 and again 2025-2026, I had to upload and keep account of everything. They only care about taking your money and filing your self assessment, other than that they are useless. Antonella and Eduard are highly unprofessional and neglect customer care. A massive file against this fraudulent company with the FOS.
