Had a bad experience with this company.

Had a bad experience with this company.
Took them almost a month to get my UTR .They had cleary given up kept sending me information that i can get on HMRC website for free.
Had to send them an email asking what they charged me £28 for (appeared to me as if they copy and paste what is on Hmrc website.
Went to them because i thought they would be quicker but obviously not.
They then continued to charge me when i had emailed them and told them i no longer needed the subscription.
Wouldn’t trust or recommend them.
