The tea was bought as a thank you gift for a friend who loves herbal teas. I thought that the outside packaging should include the description and ingredient list as per your web site to help the recipient understand the different flavors chosen. I ended up creating a list for them.

The fellow I spoke to, after receiving two items when I thought I had ordered one, was very pleasant. There was some mix-up when I was ordering online in that I lost the page after I got the discount code. However, in the following chat I was told that i hadn't placed an order but could start again and use the code, which I did. I was surprised to receive two and was offered a refund but the cost of postage made that untenable so I will give the other item to one of my tea-drinking granddaughters. In spte of that, the service was excellent.

Good quality item. A little different item in appearance. easy to order, easy to pay, quick smooth transaction with package and posting quickly. Tracking information and updates on arrival of item. So far not to many emails. I guess in honesty if I get to many emails I would probably not purchase again. However so far I'm pleased with the service, the item and the thoughtful tracking of postage.

you only need one really good teapot
The gravity teapot is high quality and easy to use. I have been looking for glass one for a while and I am glad I found it . Customer service are beyond expectation, very friendly and easy to communicate, some people may think it's a bit expensive but the good quality one can last for long long time. You won't regret it.
