I've been following Tom Sosnoff for some time, and thanks to the YouTube show, I've decided to sign up.
I've never had any issues with the platform and the onboarding process. Support team was warm, helpful, and managed to solve my question.
Deposits and withdrawals are smooth and quick!
The only issue for international customer (withdrawals & deposits) are fees - these are enourmos especially if you have a small account like me.
Other than that a complete satisfaction.

Quite a good broker in terms of features, pricing, and overall platform reliability. Support is medium to slow, don't expect much to happen on the same day if you email them about anything (though sometimes it does). Calling up may be more efficient, I have never done so due to the timezone differences in Australia.
Downsides - As a foreign user, I think it is time to update payment options, as cross border wire transfers using third party currency services and paying huge $25+ USD fees to withdraw your own money is very archaic. Given that Tasty is now owned by IG Markets, it would be nice to look at piggybacking off the existing infrastructure, e.g. let us use Australian BPAY or bank deposit.
Also, since the mobile app was 'updated' in the last year, that has become borderline unusable (confirmed with friends who also use it, it's not just my phone). The app has to be force closed and reopened about 5 times before it shows the portfolio correctly, so it basically cannot be relied on at all.
The old website and app were a lot better and just worked, so it is sad that a 'new' version of both is just not the same and that we can't even choose to use the old version any more.

Customer service is horrible!!
Most reps are rude and disgruntle.
You get conflicting information when you call.
They delay deposits and withdrawals.
Dont bother, the cheap commission is not worth the headache with them.

I am so disappointed in this platform. It is old, difficult to maneuver. It is difficult to get a hold on help. I was hung up on once just asking questions about when my money will be available
The worst is that if you deposit money into TastyTrade, they say they will not allow you to withdrawal the cash in 5 days. However, I’m on day 13 now, and my cash still can’t be withdrawn. I have called them, no answer, and now I will send them my third e-mail requesting my money!
Do not use this company. There are much better run platforms out there- Schwab, ETrade, IBK brokers, just anything else instead of this ridiculous company

I had a profitable week. Made $200
and P/L YTD reflects that.
But account history was edited into a $200 loss.
Any profit you make is flipped into a loss.
For the month, I made $400, P/L shows it.
But cash and buying power is down $1200.
They are reversing trades in account history.
But P/L YTD reveals the scam. They can't edit P/L.
This has been going on for months.
