A Job Well Done!
The gentleman who brought my furniture upstairs, was very professional, courteous and completed the task in a matter of minutes, which was greatly appreciated. He even offered to take his shoes off upon entry! This was my first time using task rabbit and I was very satisfied with this experience.

It was not good
It was not good. I hired movers selected all the boxes to specify what I want moved and the movers tried to shake down my pregnant sister when she was alone to ask for more money after I tipped them 50 dollars EACH. They were upset my BEDROOM move included a BED. ikea bed. That apparently I needed to specify separately. I put in the app 14 moving boxes, couch, table, moving 1 bedroom apartment, etc. I had only about 8 moving boxes when it came time to move and 4 suitcases. But the bed was the biggest issue for them.
I scheduled for 11 am and they showed up at like 3 pm. Got everything done in time still.
I tried to search help.tr.co as per the reply below to see if there was anything taskrabbit could do to help but it came up as an invalid page. I tried searching up taskrabbit delivery support and there is no contact option on that page. Just a general help guide. I dont understand why its so difficult to request help when youre asking me to reach out.

Inaccurate quote and lack of support when needed
The initial quote wasn't accurate and at the time of delivery I was asked to pay 3X as much. The app didn't take the approval for the additional cost. Tried contacting customer service and there was no answer. The delivery person was on-time and completed the job successfully but I felt for him as he was short changed.

At the day of delivery driver showed up to pick rwturned order????, was explained that there is nothing to pick up as there were no delivery.
Received multiple, multiple texts and emails to leave a tip for the services. Was charged for delivery plus tip. Definitely did not authorize this transaction. Have no idea who to call to dispute the charge. Will be dealing with credit card to reverse the charge. Clueless service, a lot of headaches for the customer

Completely incompetent and ineffective company management and non-existent customer service
Liked my eventual tasker, strongly dislike the company. I have had two pending charges for cancelled tasks still tying up my account for over one week. I reached out again today via their website and they send me a survey instead of a real response or resolution. Unbelievable.
