My iPad is several years old and very much used. The cover was getting raggedy and faded. Little did I know the search I would be on, went to Best Buy, Staples and then Walmart, nothing fit, my iPad was too small. I almost retrieved my old cover out of the trash and then thought of going to your web site and sure enough there was a cover with what looks like suspenders for each corner holding the iPad securely in place! Thank you, my search is over!

Targus claims to have a 30-day money-back guarantee, but it is actually a 30-day window to submit an application for return, subject to their review and approval, subject to you paying all the shipping fees to return it, and being charged another 10% unknown fee, even though they caused the return by lying about the product.
I ordered a "Chill Mat" (lap table for holding a laptop). The lap table was pricey at $89.99 but advertised and described as having a "padded air mesh base" and a claim that it "fits laptops up to 18-inch."
When I received the order, it had no padding at all, and it was far too small to hold my 18-inch laptop. I immediately contacted customer support through their online portal to return it. I had to complete a return request form and plead my case for them to consider allowing the return.
Days later, I received an email telling me they will allow me to return the item, with instructions to send it in its original condition with original box and packing at my own expense. After packing it up perfectly in its original box and packing, I spent $16 in shipping cost to send it back to them. They issued a partial refund a week later having deducted another 10% from the price I paid with no explanation for the shortage.
I complained by email that I felt it was unfair to charge me the cost of return shipping and to tack on a 10% return penalty since they had misrepresented the product in their description. They sent me a link to read their return policy which states the customer must pay for return shipping. They also explained that they retroactively charged me for the “free” shipping costs to ship the item to me originally. Again, this return was their own fault for misrepresenting their product in the first place. Had they not lied about it having a padded base and fitting an 18-inch laptop, I never would have ordered it.
I am used to dealing with reputable online retailers, so it is infuriating when an unscrupulous seller makes false claims about their product to induce sales, then refuses to give a full refund when they get called on their misconduct. Targus, Inc. of Anaheim, CA treated me unfairly and I will never do business with them again. I recommend others avoid them, too.

I would use zero stars if that was possible. Ordered a bag from Targus a few weeks ago, 5-7day delivery promised and still not delivered. DPD are their delivery supplier, they keep saying they can't find the address despite having all the details, including a postcode that almost brings you to the front door. I've asked them to call me when they are closeby but they say they can't. Complained to Targus and got nowhere. A few weeks on and still no delivery. Coincidentally, we've lived at this address for more than six years and not one single delivery company before now (including DPD) have been unable to find us. Nor have they struggled to find us.

The warranty in my opinion is worthless.

I ordered a laptop bag as a gift
I ordered a laptop bag as a gift. I was notified the day before it was supposed to arrive that it was delayed and there was not expected delivery date. I decided to go out and purchase something locally so when the bag arrived after my husbands birthday I contacted the company to begin a return. They were very slow to respond and then when they did they said they do not provide return shipping labels even under the circumstances. They asked for the item to be sent back in the original shipping box so I packaged it up and took it to the post office. It is going to cost $45 to ship it back! I took it out of the original packaging and even in a smaller post office box it will cost $36 to ship it back. The bag was $70. It is ridiculous that they will not help with the return shipping cost. I am so disappointed and will NEVER order from here or recommend this company to anyone.

Disappointed. Elderly mum’s Tarsus ipad case corner snapped off. sent in receipt and photos. Now told this is not covered by “lifetime warranty” as it is “limited”. And corner snapping off constitutes “misuse”. So we paid 5x the price of an unbranded identical looking case thinking tarsus were quality cases fooled by the “warranty” only to find it useless when you need to claim. Never buying tarsus ever again.
