are very careful when choosing how much to lend to our customers. We
carry out strict, bespoke affordability checks using a customer’s credit
file and bank transaction data. We will only lend what we believe to be
affordable and will not cause our customers financial difficulty.
Automatic repayments
Tappily repayments are designed to be taken automatically:
- Minimising the length of time a balance is outstanding
- Saving you interest
- We will only attempt for repayments up to this defined value in one calendar month
- Once this limit has been reached, no further automatic repayments will be taken
- This may be different from the minimum payment you must make each month

Definitely would recommend
It feels like a safe and cheap way to borrow money. It is easy to pay back and track spending. I would definitely recommend for those that want to borrow a little for a deposit or a holiday, as it’s easy enough to pay back in instalments too.
