Great customer service from this store.

Firstly the customer service from here was excellent, i purchased the wrong product & was refunded straight away after sending them a message about the mistake.

Also real fast delivery, my package arrived within 2 days.

Very good product/great communications/fast delivery.

Product clearly described. (I've had one before). Works as it should and packaged perfectly. Slight hitch at Hub 4 sortation facility, but all steps towards delivery were explained well and left me in no doubt that I would eventually receive it. BRILLIANT

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Staff have no knowledge of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and are very quick to take money but not so quick to refund it. Even when they agree a refund, they don’t actually process it and whoever is in charge of customer service has a chip the size of London on their shoulder. Always easy to be rude when you’re 3.5 hours drive away. Not so clever when you’re damaging the business by not offering a good standard of customer service. Probably best avoid this company and spend your money elsewhere.
Update 05/05/2024. Now had harassing messages on Amazon asking me to remove this review!
Update 06/06/2024. After an unsuccessful attempt to have my review removed Tanningstore.co.uk were unable to do so as I was able to substantiate all elements and submitted the relevant evidence to support my review. Whilst their response is reasonably eloquent they have again failed to admit they agreed a full refund prior to return of the product and then on receipt only made a partial refund. Happy to copy the evidence into this review together with details of their messages asking me to remove this review.

All our tanners come with 1 year warranty in full and we ship with a next day delivery service for all UK addresses.
We are active on email and WhatsApp in real time and try our best to meet our customers’ expectations.
On a closer look on your review , as we would like to understand what we should improve in our future activity , the above order was placed on our Amazon store in February 2022, that was over 2 years ago . Needless to say that Amazon have their own customer service and they usually deal with any issues that might appear.
According to Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Amazon you would have been entitled to any refund if you would have encountered any problems with your product within the first 6 months from purchase .In our case here you have never contacted us , there was nothing wrong with the product , therefore so far NOT entitled to any refund.
Even so , you were still partially reimbursed . We got in touch with you and kept the communication line opened even though Amazon , the place where you made your purchase, would not give you any options. This takes us to our “Appalling customer service” . We do believe at this point that we went above and beyond and tried our best ,we are sorry if we did not meet your expectations.
Not sure what more we could have done. Also not sure what constructive outcome we could take from this review or what to improve as here we are looking for reviews from our website s customers.
