I have been a member of Taking Shape for many many years ... I spend thousands !... I was mortified yesterday at your Cannington Store when Leanne treated me like absolute rubbish and I am not wanting to be treated like anything other than the usual customer... Linda and Allison were wonderful .. they helped me considerably but Leanne treated me like a piece of dirt .... I wanted to return an article from September.. on sale.... and fully accepted her reason that Head Office would NOT allow for a late return .. but I have been in hospital with cancer .. that I accepted not a problem.... the way she treated me was like a piece of shit .....I totally accept the TS ruling but Julie the Manager would have explained everythng to me .. except this dreadful woman who looked like a "cat dragged in" seemed to enjoy to belittle me! .. Never again ! ever ! Dr Mieke Watson

Val was excellent at the Mount Barker store, helped me get the right fit bra, nothing was too much trouble, this is my second time visiting this store and the staff are excellent, lovely change rooms, beautiful comfy bras and lovely colours, not boring white, black or beige(though they do have these colours)but the coloured ones are very pretty.
Would recommend a visit for anyone who has a larger bra size, or clothing. You can order online and have delivered to your local store no charge and if not right money returned.

I was disappointed that my recent purchase of editorial pants had no pockets. I already have three pairs with pockets that I love only to discover my newest pair do not.
I think “with pockets” should be added to the name.

If I could give no star rating I would. I ordered online when they had a sale, thinking it was going to come from one of there store but no it comes from china. After about 3 weeks it said it was delivered which it was not. Try to get a refund is impossible. Please give my money back.

I purchased from Taking Shape some years back when visiting family in Australia. Found their bamboo briefs the best ever so I then used to buy them in UK where I live. Since they have stopped the UK service I have just purchased 10 pairs of briefs from Australia website. I ordered them on Sunday and they arrived on Wednesday. I was happy to pay the £12 delivery charge as it was worth the money for goods from Aus to UK in 3 days. I really disagree with the GB customers saying they are not happy as I totally and utterly recommend Taking Shape service and find it is value for money for my goods via DHL to come so fast from other side of world!! Stop moaning you Brits and pay for a fabulous service. I am a Pensioner and a true Brit but hate to see my fellow countrymen and women complaining all the time. Thank you Taking Shape, I will be back again soon.

I love taking shapes clothing, the fabric is great, the fit is excellent ,the colours are true being a bigger lady the length is important to me and I always feel safe and comfortable when wearing their clothing especially the tops and bra I have just purchased 2 tops and a bra I couldn’t be happier

I bought my bling shoes from taking shape in pukekohe the girls Joy and Kas were wonderful helping me to select and try on many styles and designs also colors they gave me an honest opinion of and I am stocked with my purchase having to let go of my old shoes that came from them and I had received many compliments on those shoes!!!! So I’m hunting for a particular top, sadly my size is sold out online so I start the process of ringing the stores throughout New Zealand whose site show they have the top I want in my size. So I just want to say a massive THANK YOU to Aylsa from TS Tauranga, Geraldine from TS Christchurch, Faith from TS Auckland and Barbara (and Helen) from TS Ōtaki. From the moment they answered the phone their customer service was amazing!! Professional, patient, friendly and so helpful. I will certainly be a return customer given their professionalism and attitude to the customer. You ladies rock and TS you’re lucky to have them!!

I have been back twice because of the beautiful customer service I received from her. She made me feel so comfortable despite my insecurities. Rohini gave me very individual attention without being pushy as I browsed around the store. She was onhand outside the change room fetching different sizes as I needed them. I realised it was time for her to go home for the day but she insisted on staying until I was fully sorted with my purchases. She really went the extra mile :)

Ruth in your Newton South Australian store was brilliant. She knew her stock well, was courteous, helpful and cheerful. She made useful suggestions based on her knowledge plus questions I had asked, but was not at all pushy. (If people are pushy it turns me off and I will not buy anything). She made shopping for clothes (smething I do not usually enjoy) into a great experience.

For 20 years I have shopped your label and loved it .
Now I’m so disappointed it has gone down hill
1 the fabrics are disgusting - what’s happened to the beautiful fabric you used to use.
2 the cut well don’t get me started I don’t want to wear the same cut in nearly every dress.
3 just because I’m big doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate good tailoring
4 I have made comments before and never had any feed back ( customer service )
5 please save the label not junk.

Excellent personal customer service, they went above and behond to assist myself and my sister to find an out fit for an up coming event we had.

I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely staff they are very helpful for me and mum and I just feel safe in that shop.

I would like to say a big Thank you to the ladies (especially Julz) at the Bowral Store who gave me the perfect service during a very busy Saturday morning. Julz was extremely helpful, kind, happy to have a chat but always acknowledging other customers and not once was she not smiling. I walked out very happy with my purchase and the perfect service.

They are terrible with after sales. I ordered items that are usually my size and they are too big. They won’t exchange and don t actually care. I will never shop at this store again .I-spoke to them in store and even their staff said they have a lot of trouble with exchange. Don’t buy from them. They won’t even exchange if it’s faulty. The company wont be getting any more of my money. Mad as hell. Rip offs🤨Kim

There is a scam going around Facebook for fake Taking Shape. Bought two lots of items supposed $7.98 each. Payment came out pending from London. Went to local store and it’s a scam. Be vigilant ! Have to wait till payment has fully gone through before it can be reversed….

This week I shopped at the Port Macquarie Taking Shape store, I had phoned ahead because I live over an hour away and didnt want to waste the trip if they didnt have what I was looking for.
I was served by Lizzie and Shaz and they were fabulous...they had already pulled out some jeans and tops in my size.
This was a wonderful experience and I cant thank you enough girls.
To be able to buy smart casual clothes that fit and feel really good makes a world of difference for us more womanly women!!
