Appalling customer service! I have sent In Excess of 10 emails trying to return a faulty item! No straight answers given. I’m sure the customer services are run by AI.
As you’d get a better straight answer from a politician. Appalling service. Average items that promise luxury! Avoid at all cost!

I think the clothes are great. I love the fit. my 3 stars are because the customer service is really bad. You sent me the wrong order and all I want to do is exchange it for the right one. All I have gotten is what appears to be a response from AI saying it will present the issue to the manager. Again I love the shirts (I bought 6 from you total) but your customer service needs a "human touch"

Bought a shirt - it was too small- tried to exchange it - their online system wasn't working properly - tried to reach out to someone and all I got was AI responses - even after they said a human would be in touch to handle the exchange - Finally I just gave up and just returned it - waiting on a refund
I will NOT buy from them again Customer service is paramount when buying online
I even wanted to exchange the shirt but they made it so difficult that I just gave up altogether - I hope its worth losing a customer

Good style, good quality, but sized a bit small in my opinion.
I think the clothes are stylish and appear to be of good quality. My issue is that for standard clothing brands I am normally a large or an extra large with more space than I would prefer in the body but still form fittingin the chest and shoulders. I had to order 2x with TA and they are still a bit too snug in the body while being tight in the chest and shoulders. I expected to need my physique to fill out the shirt, not for the shirt to try to shrink wrap itself to my body to appear more muscular.

So no question of the quality and fit always fantastic. Delivery is shocking, ordered April 2nd amd recieceved on 21st of April, and to make things worse bought the 5 pack t shirts for a good deal but its not so much of a deal when you get charged €30 customs, I know they dont control customs but they're aware of this from previous orders from others, shame because this totally turns me off buying again

The t-shirts get an A+
I love the fit of the t-shirts and have multiples in every color. For the dress shirts and even some of the athletic wear, I size up to give me a little more room. These shirts definitely show off my hard work in the gym. That said, I'm not as big a fan of the pants - they tend to be too tight in the calf and I find myself always having to pull them back down.
