Ms Suzanne was very helpful and it took a little longer to get shipped than I was expecting and a part was missing to shift the transmission with but other than that all seems intact. Ms Gracie was also helpful in getting product shipped to me. In a more timely manner. Overall if I had received the shifter I would give four and half stars but under the circumstances I rate a four for good communication. Will buy again.

I bought a Transmission from Tagore Auto Parts with a promise of a $250 credit once I returned the Core by Alex. I contacted Tagore telling them i’m ready for instructions on getting the core returned and I was informed that they are not accepting any cores in my area at the moment so I can’t get my $250 credit as promised. Not only am I not getting a credit, the transmission I bought from them is slipping after 1 week so i’m in the process of returning that one for hopefully another one that works. My advice is to strongly use someone else for your parts or at least get everything in writing because this place is a joke.

Tim Jones was the backup man for the shipping and he definitely was on just as good. Very professional. Very honest. Excellent customer service I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for used Auto Parts.
