This was a hard to find engine. 2003 LS6, took some time, but they found one. Thanks to Tim and Max for their effort to find this engine.

They led me on for 2 months, swore they had sourced a good transmission twice, guy says his name is bruce walker, hes hindu, some employees got on phone are asian, they are bogus, then when i found out through auto recyclers her in California that they tried to order from them i was being ripped off, i requested full refund to the credit card they tried to charge a cancellation fee for something they never had and kept selling lies, do not ever do business with these people

After multiple mechanics in Seattle were unable to locate a replacement manual transmission, in any form, for my aged 1999 Mazda Protege, my first vehicle, to which I had become quite attached. I was in a very stressed place from al of this. After my initial internet searching also failed to do locate a replacement, I came across Tagore. Within moments, I was chatting with Steven, who knew exactly what questions to ask, precisely determined and verified the correct transmission for my vehicle, and was able to locate AND quote me for 2 tested and warranties options, at prices more affordable than I had been prepared for. However, this was still a big and stressful decision for me. Steven was attentive and informative and explained the options clearly, and though I know any salesman desires to make the sale, Steven respected my request to sleep on the decision and discuss labor cost with my mechanic when I asked, and even offered to hold the assemblies for me temporarily. It felt like I was being seen and treated as the stressed out human that I was, rather than just a customer and a sale, and it meant A LOT! It allowed me to actually think about whether this would a prudent and financially sensible investment, or time to move on from a car I was very loyal to. He checked in with me over the one, and then two, more days that it took me, but for me it felt more like being attended-to or well-waited-on, than pressured. Ultimately, with great personal difficulty, I concluded that it was time to move on from this car, my first; I felt bad, but when I informed Steven, he replied with grace, told me it was no problem, and just said he'd be happy to help me in the future. Well, I will definitely be coming back if I ever need to, and Steven is A+ in my book!!! Gratitude!

Sandy was very helpful just a lot of going back and fourth on the truck to make sure my transmission arrived but it came very fast just hopeful the transmission is in great working condition but none the less they are working great to make sure what you pay for is coming Keith also looked and found me a great price on my transmission

Ms Suzanne was very helpful and it took a little longer to get shipped than I was expecting and a part was missing to shift the transmission with but other than that all seems intact. Ms Gracie was also helpful in getting product shipped to me. In a more timely manner. Overall if I had received the shifter I would give four and half stars but under the circumstances I rate a four for good communication. Will buy again.
