Was very pleased with how the shelving looked when i opened the box. Everything was going ok until I opened the second shelf, and the parts bag was missing. Sent in a request on the website and was asked to send a photo of the parts bag that was missing. Now I told them I had already mounted both units and disposed of the shipping materials. They wrote back and were condescending about how can the screws be missing if I mounted both units? Ironically one of the screws bent while trying to install so I used my own heavy duty deck screws. I don't mind an inquiry as to recheck boxes or look for production stickers (which neither of my shelves had) but questioning customers for your lack of quality control is not acceptable. I am still missing the light unit, screws (which i dont need now) and of course the one magnet (how do you advertise a unit to hold two pistols or a SBR and only send one magnet?) to my second shelf. I sent in photos of the screws I used and the inside of the units as requested in an additional email. Lets see if you guys will really stand behind your products or continue to give me the run around.

Wood Quality is awesome, my favorite is the mirror. Big yet looks normal. The tables are wonder edition to my bed room.

I was having an issue having a gift sent to an address in another State. I contacted support and was assured the address would be changed. I received a confirmation almost immediately.
P.S. The gift arrived on his Birthday.

I owned my Tactical Trap shelf for MANY years before I had any issues with the mechanism. I contacted Tactical Traps and Bree returned my email shortly thereafter. It was a quick reset of the system; a set of new batteries and I was back in business.

The support for their system has been amazing and I appreciate an American Company that stands behind their product, not just when you make the purchase but for years thereafter!

I cannot recommend Tactical Traps highly enough. I have several products of theirs that I ordered on Amazon. The latest I ordered directly with them since I wanted a different color than offered. The process when very smoothly. They are very helpful and kind.

I have my 4th Tactical Traps unit on order, each one different for my various needs around my home. They keep coming up with just what I need. Their customer service is very accommodating, they even did the top of my table in the natural wood color with a clear coat, to match my nearby furniture. My 3 kids each have at least 1 Tactical Traps unit in their homes, too! Keep up the good work Tactical Traps!

End result was wonderful! I ordered one of the 36 inch Traps and when I received it there were some issues and I was not happy with the item! I contacted the customer service department and indicated my displeasure and that I would like to send the unit back and order another smaller one! After discussing this and then having it checked out and approved I returned the first unit (at my expense) and ordered what I wanted to for a new order and I have received this unit and its great, arrived with what I asked for and they refunded me the difference between the two! I would recommend this company and their product they work great!

Initially, I had problems getting the pistol shelf to close. I did everything that the troubleshooting videos recommended and it still did not work. The customer service team was very responsive and quickly called me and we worked through the issues. I was surprised by how responsive and good the customer service team was.

Poor customer service. Missing magnet for the shelf and you would think it was gold. Had to take a picture of the box, then they sent an e-mail asking if I was sure it wasn't in the box. Also the directions for installation was very bad and the only help was by youtube users who posted info about installation. Overall pick a different company.

I got my shelf a week ago. It looks and works great. I'm thinking about getting another one for my basement. I definitely recommend it to anyone who has a firearm.

Shipping was fast! Product was packaged well,no damage. I was thinking the walnut finnish would be darker. It's definitely pine looking and not at all like the picture on the website. It's on the wall and works fine.

Just received my second Patriot Shelf from Tactical Traps. Everything works as advertised, good quality and RFID locking mechanism is fantastic. The customer service team is also great, very attentive and responds quickly. Had to process an exchange and it was fast and easy. Great products, will be purchasing more in the future for sure!

I purchased the Tactical barrel. It is well made, little difficult to put up but once we did it went well and worked well. Looks fantastic. Had one issue months later, apparently the lock reset (due to me letting batteries go bad), but Tactical Traps staff, while on speaker phone, walked me through the fix and had it back working like new in 30 seconds. Would highly recommend

I had an initial problem with the light. It did not stay securely in the unit and it did not fit well, making it hard to shut the shelf. The light contact switch also broke loose inside the battery compartment. Next the hinge hardware came loose, so there was a lot of slop in the fit. I could not adjust it. Finally, the lock pin would not engage/disengage, so it became impossible to shut the shelf. I tried realignment, disassembly/reassembly, nothing worked. I think the shelf opened and closed about 5-6 times before it failed.
