Found a crossbow for a good price but needed it basically the next day spoke to Harry though email saying that I needed it for a present for the next day and within 12 hours it was delivered to my surprise that it’s better then I thought great all round service

Ordered the EK Archery Cobra Adder 130lb Repeating Crossbow, arrived next day, perfect condition no issues or complaints whatsoever...now I just need to order some more bolts and I know who'll I'll be buying from in the future great company, great service 10/10 apologies for brevity first time writing a review for a company...but they deserve all the good press they can get. Also check out their YouTube channel for reviews on the products they sell..great touch guys always nice to see what you're buying in action before purchase.

Made a order on a 24hr delivery have had confirmation but I’ve now emailed three times with no response and calls are not taken nor can I leave a voicemail I’ve taken the day off work as it says 24hr delivery and no response whatsoever starting to get a little worried now…update: received all perfect just more contact info would be great but other than that everything received as advertised

Very happy with Tactical Archery and would fully recomend them if you are looking to get into shooting crossbows for fun! They do really good package deals on FMA Engineering Crossbows, delivery was very fast once ID was checked, and the kit came securely packaged. Early on the bow developed a snag where it wouldn't cock, but in about a week I had it back repaired and it shoots really well now. Brad and Harry were really good about it all, and the response to emails is swift. I would 100% recommend these guys if you'e a novice or seasoned pro.

Sent them a 'price match' email request on a EK compound bow, about a week ago.

They haven't bothered to reply so I guess they want to charge around 20% more than their direct competitors so I'll be going elsewhere.

I would give 1000 stars if I could - I was blown away by the amazing customer service and advice provided by Harry. The cross bow - Cobra Adder is so so so impressive. I also needed a limb for another corssbow (about 20 years old) and Harry's help advice sourcing one was second to none. I just can't say enough about Tactical Archery as I emailed 2 other companies asking for advice on the product and also the spare limb I needed and had no responses. If you are looking to purchase archery products then definitely use these. Also the EK Cobra Adder is a beautiful bit of kit. Highly accurate and powerful. Thanks Harry!

Excellent equipment reasonably price's I would recommend. I've got two crossbows and 5 bolt's all good quality easy to follow instructions you can't go wrong.

So I’ve brought 3 crossbows of these guys can’t fault them at all bit of a hiccup with last order but was generously compensated with extra bolts and staff was friendly and quick to respond to emails. 1st I brought the cobra 130lb self repeating this is great fun for a novice like myself easy to assemble and use. 2nd my son got Jaguar 2 again great for beginners and man it packs a punch highly recommend. Last but least nanni seen us having fun but couldn’t reload ours due to age and not having the strength so brought her a Vlad pistol crossbow with quick reload magazine again awesome bit of kit. Overall highly recommend these guys I will be back once I improve my skills lol my 13yr puts me to shame 🤣

Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to my friends and already have. My friend is ordering soon, got the hex 400 crossbow really helpful before I purchased and really nice guy would give him a 10 out of 10. If I could great knowledge will crossbows was really easy to put together having no knowledge, the guy runs the store goes the Loxstra mall to help you. My order was cancelled and refunded almost 2 weeks after it was placed for whatever reason?. I don't know why, as this company never bothered to respond to any emails or attempts to contact them in live chat. Leaving me in the dark about what had happened to my order and to the money I had paid to them. Cancelling an order is one thing, but their atrocious customer service is another.. despite all the other glowing reviews on here, I found shopping with tactical archery a horrible experience.
