After a failed order with another UK…

After a failed order with another UK supplier where my crossbow never even arrived, I decided to find a company I could actually trust.

Superguns delivered exactly that.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Still awaiting my product and still not received a tracking number. I understand they are busy and have great reviews but at least keep in contact with your buyers.

Tbf the item i ordered was delivered…

Tbf the item i ordered was delivered exceptional quick,cant moan about that,my problem is that I immediately tryd to cancel order by email, no reply, so was delivered, have been trying to return for 2 weeks now and no joy,asked to return, one reply saying has item been opened, I reply no,and thats it!!!feel im being ignored as they don't want it back,unacceptable considering I tryd to cancel straight away and I haven't even opened the bag it was delivered in,totally unacceptable and poor service, will never use again and definitely don't recommend!!!!
