I have been ordering from Tactical Archery now for a few months, I had a problem with the trigger on a crossbow that I ordered, I contacted them and they responded straight away, they arranged to pick it up and dealt with the problem quickly and professionally, looking forward to future purchases

Ordered 3nd of July a crossbow target still have not received it, and DPD has still not been handed the parcel by them. email them they don’t contact me phone them no answer. Leave voice message the same response not interested i have to say the company is not very good typical UK shoddy service don’t bother still have not received my item and they got my money and

I have purchased several crossbows from these people over the past year and each time they have either been faulty, damaged or had pieces missing so they have all had to be returned.

After my first couple of bad experiences from them, I requested that they inspect items before sending them so it doesn't happen again, but this request appears to have been ignored because they recently sent me a crossbow with items missing from the box, which doesn't make any sense at all because they keep having to paying for return labels in order for me to return the items.

Just check the order before sending to customers! It's really not difficult and it would save a lot of time, energy, money and stress!

These people are completely unprofessional and have no idea how to run a business properly. Avoid at all costs!

I recently contacted Tactical Archery with regards to a 6 month old issue I was having with my EK Archery Adder. A tiny spring in the trigger-box had failed and I was getting zero customer support from various retailers, despite being quite willing to pay for the spare parts needed.
TA went all-in and got me the replacement parts I needed, even though I originally purchased the bow from another outlet. The unbiased, positive customer service provided to me was above and beyond and I am grateful that there are still people in business that demonsrate their commitment and are willing to go that extra mile. Thanks Harry.

Professional and Helpful; answering all my questions promptly and suggesting great solutions. Products are top quality and delivery is very fast and reasonably priced. A trusted and recommended seller.

I’ll use Tactical Archery U.K. again happily for anything I need for my xbow.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They sent the wrong handed bow, did not notice until the summer when I tried it and noticed the arrow rest was on the wrong side! Emailed them and they insist the right (RH Bow) was sent but I have a left handed bow which I cannot use, a waste of £100 and they have washed their hands of it.
Their email reads:

​I have just checked with our supplier and I can see that the correct bow was ordered in for you. On the order you ordered the bow in RH 40lbs. This is the bow which has been delivered to you.

As you have mentioned that you shoot with your right hand this is then the correct bow you as this is a RH bow.

Due to this being over 5 months and you don't have the original packaging for the bow we wont be able to get this returned back to us.
