after speaking to various other past customers of Tacs4expats who have had the same experience i thought i should leave a review to make others aware. I found the owner quite rude and arrogant and was reguarly late for my pre arranged meetings, they are usually very late in responding to e-mails and often take several prompts before replying, i think this is not helped by them having only one e-mail address for the entire office leading to documents and important messages being missed. staff are friendly but disorganised, their desks are piled high with documentation and paperwork whilst they eat and drink at their desks, while i had the pleasure of waiting 45 minutes for one appointment one of the staff knocked a full cup of coffee over clients property deeds. To make things worse their were clear errors in my tax submission, I wont be using them again..

Do not use them unless you want to lose your money. When they submitted my tax return they missed off important information I had provided. This meant the tax agencia calculated my tax liability 8000 euros higher than it should have been. Plus a 50% fine for submitting it incorrectly they then agreed to submit the appeal so it could be recalculated correctly. They then submitted the appeal 1 day late despite me chasing them for over a week in advance, this meant the appeal was rejected so has cost me an additional 12k plus interest
