Lewis (Brand) fitted our Ohme kit today. Arrived at time agreed, very friendly & knowledgeable, great communication. Job done in 2 1/2 hours, including fixing an earthing problem in the kitchen. Helped set up the app on my phone and explained how everything worked. Even left his phone number in case of any issues. 1st class.

Great install by Robert today, went the extra mile and sorted out an additional fault he found on the system. Would highly recommend, served Synergy EV, Ohme and Volvo through who the charger was sourced with the highest level of professionalism, thanks Robert

i had Lewis Brand install my OHME home pro today, what a great experiance, he was extremely polite, friendly, and professional.. super tidy, no cables or mess left behind, cleaned everything, very neat installation, installed exactly how i asked the route to be. very happy customer, 100% reccommend Lewis and Synergy EV 10/10 star!

From the first call I got from the office to Lewis coming and fitting my ev charge point was swift and seamless. Lewis kept me informed of his ETA. And was very polite.
He gave me several options of where to place the unit and explained how he was going run the installation. He was very considerate to my home. And helped me set the Ohme app up on my phone.

Lewis Brand was the engineer that Synergy sent, and it was a perfect installation. Installed very neatly with appropriate clips and plastered around the newly drilled holes.
Explained use of the APP, and left me confident that I can use the APP later (as I am awaiting delivery of EV).
Overall very satisfied.😁
