Fantastic company, got paired up with them through purchasing a new VW and a Ohme wall charger, very friendly over the phone helpful and informative.

On installation day the engineer was a great guy friendly helpful. I had many questions for him and he answered them all. He explained how the app works and how the wall charger itself works.

Had a great experience with Synergy EV today. It started with a text from Chris the engineer saying he would arrive at 9:00am to fit my new Ohme e-Pod charger.

He arrived more or less on time and ran through the install process and asked where I had planned to have the charger fitted.

We discussed what I needed and he advised me where he thought would be the best place to position it, based on my requirements.

Because our meter is on the outside of the property it was easy for him to install without needing to connect to our consumer unit indoors.

Chris fitted a separate unit outside, under our existing meter box, making it a totally separate circuit to the main house. This should prevent any issues with the charger tripping out the main circuits, if there was an issue.

Chris has made a lovely job of routing the cable around the house and even cleaned up all the mess he made drilling the brickwork.

I’m very happy with this installation and I would highly recommend Chris and Synergy EV.

Lewis B-Lewis was polite and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the process in an easy to understand way. He explained the app very well too. Our fitting was a little more complicated then usual as our house is set higher then a normal house with steps, but Lewis was able to tackle with ease. Lewis cleared up the area really well after too. Was a really good fitting experience, pleased with the end result, would definitely recommend the company and Lewis B! Thank you!

great installation by Lewis H nothing was too much trouble . although the weather was lousy he kept on working until the job was completed . A really aesthetically pleasing finish to running ugly black cables to my ev charger. A job well done

Synergy EV Limited installed my EV charger today on behalf of Ohme, and I wanted to share how positive the experience has been from start to finish.

After a difficult earlier experience with a different installer, I spoke with Amanda in the office and the manager Danny last week. They were both reassuring, professional, and confident that the installation would go ahead smoothly, which immediately gave me peace of mind.

Today, their installer Ed attended, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, skilled, and clearly took real pride in his work. Instead of running cables internally with visible trunking as originally expected, he carefully used rods to route the cabling below the floor. The end result is a beautifully neat installation that looks far better than I could have imagined. I genuinely could not have dreamed of a more elegant finish.

Synergy were professional, reassuring, and highly competent throughout the whole process. From the office team to the on site workmanship, everything was handled with care and attention.

A huge thank you to Amanda, Danny, and especially Ed for such an excellent job. I would highly recommend Synergy EV Limited to anyone looking for a high quality EV charger installation.
