Ordered a full weight rack, bench, and multiple attachments from them.

Shipping time was amazing, building the items was an okay experience. The parts list and instructions often don't match.

Buying attachments (landmine attachment, weight storage, and safety arms) was miserable. They don't have dimensions for attachment holes on the rack listing, and all of the attachments I bought didn't fit.

When I requested a return, and told them their listings were inaccurate, they wouldn't provide return labels until I proved the listings were inaccurate and still charged me a 20% restocking fee.

Still haven't received return labels.

I received my bench the day after I ordered it which was a very pleasant surprise. The quality of the bench is very good especially for the price. Great addition for my home gym

I have purchased from them back in 2020 during the gym closures and I’ve had nothing but great experience with them. Quality of the equipment is top notch and prices are amazing.

I recently started to build my home gym again because it gets difficult trying to find time with a new kid and a full time job. Their service is AMAZING, I just ordered an equipment and Amazon accidentally shipped it somewhere else, but synergee was VERY quick to replace the item with no charge at all; amazing customer service.

Straight forward ordering and quick system

Customer service was excellent, shipping was prompt, and the j-cups I purchased work well on my 3x3 rack.

The only thing that is wrong with your store,the shipping is way too high for the product,it made price of the product almost double in price.

It was a very stressful process. The website gave a total that did not include shipping and tax which cause a technical issue when processing the payment through PayPal. The website redirected to PayPal for payment then redirected back to synergee's website that then added tax and shipping fees to the final checkout process caused issues with every attempts. Tried 7 times within 20 hours (I think) before I had success in placing the order using safri browser. (It'spossible the site can't work with just any web browser e.g. ghostery, brave, and opera didn't work). So far 2 days later no updates has been provided on shipment and tracking number. I am a bit concerned seeing that placing the order was such a painful process in the first place.

Don't buy from the giant companies, save money and get a product as good if not better, and great fast shipping. Everything I've bought from Synergee is top rate athletic equipment. Big gains for me, and I've been trying to break it or bend it but I can't.

I wanted to order set of dumbells, I added the product to a cart and a paged opened up with bunch of express checkout options and the shipping cost was not shown on the page, as soon as i selected apple pay, the order was placed with a 30 dollar shipping fees. I didnt even know how much the shippibg was until i placed the order.

They also have very notorious shipping fee, usually same as product cost, If you order $250 worth of product, they charge $250 for shipping.

Quality products for fair price. Charges shipping but it comes right away. Glad I found this site!

Deceptive design of cart/check-out tricks customers into thinking they are getting a great deal.
The hidden cost of high shipping is only seen at the last minute. I will not use this company again,
