I just purchased bike mirrors for my new e bike. The mirrors arrived promptly. They looked ok. But I was not able to mount them, as while the bracket fitted, the bolt provided was not long enough, and they hadn't provided the nuts to secure the bolt.
The website states 14 days hassle free return. I emailed them, called also, as they hadn't replied. Yesterday, they replied, told me I had to pay for the return or they offered me 10 % of the value. Basically 2.30 back and keep the item. This is not hassle free. I requested a foc grn. They stated they do accept foc return. Again not hassle free. I just sent them a screenshot of their T & C showing free 14 day return. The mirrors came with no instructions. But I sussed out how to install. They are in my opinion, poor quality.
I purchased a set on amazon, 10 quid, better quality. I advised PayPal also.
The customer service, is terrible.
Hopefully they will reply today with the return i requested. Won't buy anything from this company again.

Earlier I posted an unhappy review about lax communication which turned out not to be their cause at all, but, instead, by an Internet email snafu. Once discovered, communication proceeded and it was excellent, helpful and informative. I apologize for the negative light I placed on this company. Their customer service was great resulting in the helmet and remote working properly. I definitely recommend this company.

They provided fast and sufficient support by replacing one incorrectly assembled part. Thank you!

bouth several items and due to lack of stock 1 item had to be sent sdeparately. customer services were extremely helpful and provided all additional information and missing item arrived very promptly too, super great merchandise but also great customer services when needed.

Since shipment via DHL was a little problematic the customer service was very helpful and friendly. In total I can completely recommend this shop and services. Great job!

Good products for a good price, can't complain. Lots of options and variants for each product type so you can usually find the perfect one. (So far I have a bell and a horn and just ordered pedals.) Rockbros is my go-to shop when I can't find something locally / made in Germany.
(I received a 10% discount for this review but it is my honest opinion.)

A strap broke on my stem bag (Oberrohrtasche) and I asked if this was covered by guarantee? They answered within 24 hours, and within a week I received a couple of replacement Velcro straps to fix the issue. Excellent communication & service

Bought mini electric pump which failed after a year which may have been due to getting caught in a storm. Contacted customer service by email and got an instant response. Sent pics and received replacement within a week. Excellent service.

Excellent value for money, great design, and my little three-year-old is absolutely delighted - he sits on his bike and heads straight for the track, and without the RockBros helmet he doesn’t even want to go to kindergarten. We’re truly happy to have discovered this company.
