As a dietitian, I have been following Symprove for quite some time now! I had trialled it previously and found it to be fantastic. It improved my mood, digestion and energy levels. After completing my thesis on the gut-brain axis and the impact probiotics have on Alzheimer's disease, I found the results fascinating. I've now encouraged my parents to start taking Symprove daily to help support their overall health and mitigate any future risks.
Today, I wanted to learn more about Symprove and its origin story. I attended the 20-minute presentation online. I was fascinated to learn that it has been in production for around 40 years and started by treating farm animals! It's a fantastic company, and the presenter, Bob Smith, was very informative. I will definitely be mentioning it to my patients in practice who may benefit from Symprove, and I will be taking it myself.

I was having severe digestive issues for which I. Now on medication. Started symprove before diagnosis & it definitely helped. Told Consultant I was taking it. He approved & allowed me to continue as part of my treatment plan.

A huge difference after just 2 months

The gut often needs a bit of time to adapt to any dietary or lifestyle intervention and we can’t tell you exactly how you’ll respond to Symprove. A small proportion of people report mild and transient changes in gut symptoms (e.g. bowel habit, bloating) during the beginning stages which then subside.
94% feel a positive difference within 12 weeks. So, if you can, we recommend that you commit to at least 3 months of taking Symprove – as this will give your gut a good chance to get used to it.

Very good logistical support but no real difference to my medical condition as a result of taking Symprove. I recognise that some benefit could be achieved upto the 3 month point so just hoping this is the case.
