After being diagnosed with cancer and having very harsh treatment, I started to take symprove to help with my digestive problems.
I saw an advert and was unsure if it would help but everything was worth a try.
The difference was almost instant my skin also benefited and I felt so much better.
I have been taking it for over a year now and I recommend it to all my friends and fellow cancer patients as I really do think it changes how you feel.
So many people comment on how good my skin also looks and I swear it’s because of my good gut health now.
Only downside is the ongoing cost which can be expensive if you don’t have an offer or discount code.

Yes delivery is good and I think its helping my stomach, but its so expensive. I wish you did discounts for us regular customers!!

I'm on long term antibiotics and I've found it's helped my stomach manage , it's still early days but enjoying symprove so far !

This product is absolutely unpalatable I completely wasted £40 on it and just have three full giant bottles left in my fridge that there’s no way I can consume. Absolutely do not recommend

I’ve been using Symprove for 6 years now, and I honestly can’t imagine my daily routine without it. It’s become a habit that I look forward to every morning. Since I started taking it, I’ve found that it really helps me feel more balanced overall. For me, it seems to regulate my mind and keep my body feeling in balance too. It’s one of the few products I’ve stayed loyal to for so long, and I wouldn’t be without it. I highly recommend giving it a try

Good product no bloating

Since starting on my symprove journey 2 months ago ive noticed my bloating episodes are much reduced and I'm much more "regular" than I've ever been. I think my skin texture has also improved. I'm very happy to have found something that seems to work for me at last.

Symprove has made a difference to my well being - tho' it took around six months of use before I noticed a difference. I would give it 5 stars but it loses one star because it is so expensive.

It’s only looking back over the last 2 months I realise the gradual improvement in my digestion, energy, sleep patterns and mood.
I have taken probiotics previously over several years but their effect was never noticeable . I felt they maintained the status quo rather than made a positive noticeable changes as with Symprove.

Have been taking Symprove for over a year. I think it has helped with my acid reflux, bowel motility and general digestion.

This is my second time using symprove, the first time was about 2-3 years ago after my husband was using it during a university trial for long covid. It helped him massively lose the weight he gained during his 3 year battle with long covid. I decided to try it too as I was pre-menopausal and experiencing extreme bloating, gaining weight and had very little energy. It helped the first time and I feel great just after 2 months of taking it this time round. I am waiting for my third month of symprove to arrive so can't wait to see how I feel after this. My bloating has reduced and I have more energy throughout the day. I highly recommend symprove to anyone wanting to improve their gut health.

After a break of a few weeks, I re- connected with Symprove and it made a real difference.
