I got Cheated
I am writing to formally escalate an issue regarding my recent purchase. As a loyal customer who has previously placed three successful orders with you, I have always been satisfied with your products and timely delivery.
However, my fourth order for the Sylvi Vanguard Black Rosegold experienced significant delivery delays and required multiple follow-ups with your customer service team. Upon opening the package today, I discovered that the watch inside the Sylvi packaging was an inexpensive counterfeit item rather than the authentic product. I believe the package was tampered with prior to delivery.
This was informed to the customer care also.After 6days of waiting they informed that nothing they can help with.They only had decided the courier partner.Its fake watch delivered.
