Sydney Blinds & Screens - not outdoor quality!
Just wanted to review Sydney Blinds & Screens on their quality of products.
Purchased outdoor aluminium shutters and they were going great until the little caps in each door started to crack and break apart. As an outdoor product the quality of the plastic caps is not suitable for the outdoors. Anyone who purchases these shutters should be aware of this as they do not look good anymore either holes on the shutters.
Hoping Sydney Blinds will follow through on their response to send some caps.

As your shutters were installed around six years ago, normal wear and tear—especially on external components exposed to constant weather—can cause plastic parts to deteriorate over time. While this type of ageing isn’t covered under warranty, we completely understand your concern about appearance and wanted to help.
We’ve since been in touch and confirmed that we can source replacement caps for you. As a goodwill gesture, we’re arranging to have them posted to you at no charge.
