I've received the product just a few days after ordering. The presentation is clean and polished, the product is easy to use and they have very interesting mixes in their website. I'll definitely buy something else again.

Order was sent promptly and arrived a few days later. One product was not what I ordered but once I let sybotanica know about the mistake they sent the correct substrate completely free with no hassle.

I really liked this site because everything went on time, well packaged. Which is important to me. I recommend it to everyone.

Soil was so infected by fungus gnats, and other uninditified pests, that I had, to throw all the bags out.

Customer service wasn’t very helpful, but instead quite rude, which I found very strange.

I buy a lot of soil and plants every year, and I have never seen such bad packaging before. Very thin cardboard box, with one layer of cheap clear tape, for a 29 kg (70 lbs) package. This should obviously have been shipped in something stronger, or at least in 2 seperate boxes.

It’s been nearly a month, and the company still owe me a few items, but at this point, I don’t even care.

Thanks for reading this, and remember there are many quite good online companies in Europe, who sell quality soil.

Love the ease of finding exactly what you need! I was able to look through and search my houseplants that needed repotting this season and find the exact soil that each plant needed. I particularly love the cactus and succulent soil as I have many in my collection and have struggled in the past to find that right mixture. I can't wait to see how well they grow this spring/summer!
