We went to the showroom to look at all the sofa beds, the staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered online which was simple and easy. The sofa bed was delivered on time and the support team on the phone were easy to reach. Everything worked well and the sofa bed is comfy and stylish.

Delivery was spot on ! Communication was excellent. Easy to assemble using instructions although part of it needs two people.
Happy with the colour chosen as well as the size for the space available . As a sofa to slouch on this is not the one ! But still happy with my purchase.

Really lovely sofa and easy to put together (once you slot the back in correctly!) The only negative is that the seat depth is a little shallower than I would like.

Bought a double ottoman bed. Beautiful quality and superior to others we looked at on the high street. Very easy to put together.

Excellent customer service.. I contacted them and they responded immediately as I did not want the furniture delivered until August as ordered in June due to the discount the delay was due to house decoration.. they were happy to hold the items until I requested them to be delivered.. the furniture is of a high standard and very reasonably priced .. very well packaged and delivery was excellent will definitely buy again from Swyft again

Brilliant customer service again....
Brilliant customer service again by Swyft! Had ordered a sofa bed, which was in the sale the following day. Contacted Alexandria who advised we could still get the sofa bed for the sale price even though we had already put the order in and paid full price the day before. The difference in money was refunded within a couple of days. Superb! Would definitely recommend Swyft, and would use again!

Simple return awful service
I had to return one cushion. Sounds simple however the courier AIT never arrived on the day, then arrived the next day to collect. The cushion was taken by them and that should be the end of it however another collection arrived the next day. Due to this Swyft are refusing to believe me that the cushion was collected as the most recent collection was ‘failed’ and are now ignoring my emails to follow up.
I was about to place an order for a £2,000 Sofa but now would not risk dealing with Swyft again.
I am owed a refund for a product that was returned last month and the lack of care towards the customer on this is unacceptable.

We have just purchased some dining…
We have just purchased some dining chairs, green frame with maple leather seats. From order to delivery was 4 days and included a weekend.
Delivery was on time as scheduled with helpfull staff.
We love the Scandinavian style and the colour combinations are perfect for our room.
There was a minor issue with one box, this was sorted swiftly and professionally, I would definitely use Swyft again.

I paid 900 euros for a walnut table and…
I paid 900 euros for a walnut table and waited over two months for it to be delivered. It’s beautiful but arrived damaged. I sent photos to Swyft and asked for compensation or to proceed with a refund etc. They replied asking me for a batch number but have not responded yet. It’s so frustrating to receive such poor customer service and for the piece to be damaged. I won’t be buying from them again. Under consumer law they should immediately proceed with a refund, replacement etc. instead of undertaking an internal investigation. I will be warning all my friends to steer clear of the company
