Very impressive service from start to finish
Very informative website and accurate colour images. Easy ordering although I couldn’t tell if damage guard insurance was included as it appeared to be but the price didn’t change so I assumed it wasn’t but then I couldn’t add it because there wasn’t an add/submit/buy option. I gave up in the end.
Excellent order tracking and communication ( almost too much!)
Very fast dispatch service and accurate 2 hr delivery slot much appreciated. The drivers kept in touch and unpacked and fitted my Sofabed far more quickly than I anticipated.
Lovely product, firm but comfortable, glorious colour and great quality.

Before I made my order, I got some material swatches to ensure that the fabric colour would work with the rest of the decor. This prompted Steven, a Furniture Product Specialist, to give me a call, which was a lovely touch and helped me make my decision to buy. I ordered online and received great communication from Swyft and their delivery partners before the beds' arrival. The item was in stock, so it only took ten days for delivery. The couriers were amazing - very cheerful and happy to help. The build instructions were straightforward, and it only took an hour to put together. It's great quality, very substantial, and the fabric is luxurious. Can't wait to go to bed this evening!

Sofas are meant to be comfortable, yes?
We bought two Sofa model 10s earlier in the year. They look nice and delivery was good but they’re uncomfortable, I mean really uncomfortable. The seat is far too hard to be comfortable and the seat is way too high so anyone under 160cm can’t sit on it and put their feet on the floor. It feels like the seat is stuffed with expanding foam that is straining at the seams to escape.
A sofa’s main job is to be comfortable and this fails completely, so much so, that we now avoid sitting on them and even resort to sitting on the floor and leaning back on the sofa.
That said, I can’t see any solution other than getting rid of them and buying again which is a very expensive mistake, a £2,842.00 mistake.
I guess the moral of the story is, don’t buy a sofa without sitting on it.

Great customer service
I recently had an issue with my Model 03 sofa, which I’d had since 2022, and I honestly wasn’t sure whether I would still be covered under Swyft’s 15-year guarantee. Thankfully, I was, and I was really impressed with how Swyft handled everything.
In particular, Kajol was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She was incredibly helpful, responsive and understanding, and went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. Swyft approved my replacement under the 15-year guarantee and sent me a brand-new sofa. I really appreciate the effort Kajol put into making the whole process as straightforward as possible.
There was unfortunately an issue with the AIT delivery drivers, which was frustrating and meant the delivery experience wasn't as smooth as it could have been. However, I want to give a special mention to the Swyft delivery drivers, who were exceptional. They were professional, friendly, careful and made the delivery and setup of the replacement sofa completely hassle-free.
Overall, I’m really happy with how Swyft dealt with the situation. I wasn’t sure whether a sofa I’d purchased back in 2022 would still be covered, so I was genuinely delighted when Swyft honoured the 15-year guarantee and arranged a replacement.
Problems can happen with products and deliveries, but what really matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong and in my experience, Swyft handled it brilliantly.

When ordering via John Lewis, delivery is free. Unfortuantely John Lewis didn't stock the items I wanted, but always worth checking as this will save you a hefty £54

Dreadful delivery service by AIT
This is not a reflection of your product but the service not provided by AIT. After tracking delivery status for 4 hrs after the initial time and having to cancel plans on a family holiday - the delivery was marked as successful and their customer service closed at 10pm without adding any explanation or solution. If it can’t be delivered in the next two days it will be cancelled. Not Swift fault but your reputation is what suffers.

We got the garden sofa set 02 and…
We got the garden sofa set 02 and garden chair set 02 from Swyft. They are like indoor sofa and chairs except outside. They are so comfortable it makes us spend more time outside. We ordered it to a parcel collection depot in Northern Ireland because we live in Ireland and it wasn't available on the irish site. It arrived on time and in good condition. However, the covers we ordered for the sofa set got mixed up and we received the wrong kind. Rang up Swyft and got another cover set sent out, this time to our address in Ireland. It got lost. Then they sent out a third cover set and after several delays and time and effort from the good people at Swyft chasing it, in particular Kajol (thank you!), we finally received it from AIT/Pallet Express. I really think that Swyft needs to find a new delivery company for Republic of Ireland as from our experience and looking at the other reviews it seems like delays and things getting lost is a common issue here. That said, it worked great for Northern Ireland. So, if you're in Ireland and can get to a parcel collection depot in Northern Ireland, it is a good option for getting your Swyft furniture quickly. Thanks again to the Swyft team for all your help!

Model 1 dining table
This is the second purchase we have made from Swyft and we are very pleased with our new dining table and chairs. The delivery was prompt and on time and throughout the customer service was excellent.
The product itself came in several individual boxes but assembly was quick and simple, just a few Allen bolts to tighten and we were ready to enjoy the table and chairs.
I would definitely recommend this company to others for great customer service and lovely high quality products.

Very pleased with the delivery by two strong men! However, a pity that they couldn't stay long enough to take the huge packaging box back with them.
However, the Ottoman is very well designed and very light to move around and am very pleased with it.

The chairs are great
The chairs are great. Sturdy, make us sit properly and, most importantly, are as good looking as they appear to be in the pictures. You get what you pay for and these are worth every penny. So pleased.
Delivery on time and courteous delivery staff. An unpacking service might be a useful addition - for us oldies - but that does in no way, take from the pleasure we have with these items.

Great service and beautiful product.
I ordered a table and was given a delivery date, but Swyft kindly emailed me to say that the table was back in stock earlier than expected and offered me an earlier delivery. They emailed and texted me with a 2 hour window and the driver also phoned to give me a more precise delivery time. Excellent service! The table was well protected during transit and arrived in perfect condition. Needless to say, it is beautiful. I highly recommend this company.

Dark Good product arrived on time
Good product arrived on time. Unfortunately it is darker wood than I thought, so doesn’t work with my other furniture and it’s too big and heavy for me to repack. So I’m stuck with it, I might paint it.
