  1. Home Health Care Service

Written by the company

Sword Health was founded to solve a big human problem. One in two Americans currently live with an MSK condition and all of the corresponding pain which leads to more than $380B spent every year in treatment (chiropractic care, massage, surgeries, prescriptions, therapy, etc.), more than cancer and mental health combined. To help address this, Sword developed the most advanced digital physical therapy solution on the market, designed to meet members where they are and target the pain that limits them. Our products make it possible for people to receive clinical-grade care for acute pain, chronic disorders, and post-surgical rehab all from the comfort of their own home. Sword’s platform is the most comprehensive digital physical therapy solution on the market, with programs addressing MSK conditions for the entire body, including: lower and upper back, knee, hip, shoulder, neck, wrist, ankle, and the elbow. With the recent launch of Bloom, our members can now also get help for Pelvic Health Disorders, which cause physical pain and affect 1 in 4 women. Bloom is our pelvic health therapy program that consists of a sensor-based and data-driven solution designed to address the whole spectrum of pelvic and reproductive issues including childbirth (prepartum, pregnancy, postpartum), pelvic health, urinary/bowel health, and menopause.

Sword Health/Thrive-do not use them

Sword Health/Thrive-do not use them. I received mail multiple times per month inviting me to use their virtual services, I finally need them and it was a total joke. I got online for my zoom visit to get started and they had my husband's information, and he never filled anything out, but my health review. They refused to assign any physical therapy to me until they fixed their own mistake! When you enroll for PT it is normally because you are in pain. I am covered by insurance 100% for the PT, they should have honored my appt and fixed the BS on their end on their own time! Never again! SWORD emailed me today, 8/25/2026 and told me I needed to re-enroll! I should take the time to re-enroll when I have already done that and had my first PT appt set up. SWORD refused to transfer my information to my account or remove my husband's name and include mine. I would advise NO ONE use SWORD/THRIVE for anything at all, virtual care or not! Thanks to them I have had to start over with getting a new place for therapy, an appt., complete paper work and wait!
