A scam to get your details and sell you as a potential lead

Registered with their website th8nking they’d offer me electricity and gas price comparisons but they wouldn’t let me register without providing my mobile phone number. They then gave my phone number to their affiliate utility provider without my permission. Reported for GDPR violation.

Excellent financial support / help

Excellent financial support / help. Alex really knew industry pricing & standing charge rates for electricity and gas. Very patient, answering my questions and quoting existing energy company kw usage and pricing against better deals out there. Managed to save me loads on my standing charges by switching. Really enthused to get me the best deal explaining all the options fixed 1 yr or variables etc and helping me decide to switch. Great phone rapport, treated me like a human being rather than just another phonecall in his work day. Thank you so much.

I had an incredible experience with…

I had an incredible experience with Switcheroo! Their professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the industry truly impressed me.

The team was not only informative but also highly knowledgeable about what options would work best in my neighborhood.

They guided me through the process, ensuring I got the best broadband package and phone deals available.

Thanks to their expertise, I'm now enjoying faster internet and saving money at the same time. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to make a switch!

Kellie needs a medal

Kellie dealt with my query that has been going on for sometime now! In a nutshell, my existing utility company (i wont name names, but they rhyme with PDF... )have been messing about with estimates and annual usage, duplicate accounts, smart meters that only monitor 1 service, and have been hugely deceptive on how they have billed, offered 'discounts', and then by doing so created arrears on my account.

Finally these got resolved and i was able to switch. Kellie took on my query as the previous gentleman had since left (he was really lovely too)

She handled my queries really well, explained things clearly, and at no point pushed an option. She was open and clear with solutions, and together we whittled down the best option for my own circumstances, and i'm really pleased to say that i should now be saving a bucket! She was personable throughout, and i'm really grateful for her giving me as much time as she did.

SPAMMERS!!! Avoid.

This is just a way for talk talk to cold call you. Not offered a single deal in regards to energy. Constant spam calls and emails since putting my details in. AVOID!!!
