Switchers found me the best deal to switch my energy supplier without having to spend hours checking out deals online...
I went on line completed required general details. Got a call from Scottish Power and have now switched. They sort everything, Job Done. Easy as.
Switched electricity company, Scottish power rang swiftly, extremely helpful, very easy process, highly recommended
Within minutes of registering on this site I got a call from a Glasgow number that a Google search revealed to be associated with a utility scam.
Update. I have been asked by TrustPilot / Switcheroo to elaborate on this review but I have nothing to add as this was my only experience with them and I will not be visiting them again. If my review is taken down this will indicate that the principles of TrustPilot have been undermined.
Within 30 seconds of entering my phone number on switcheroo, my local supplier called me to offer the best tariiff I could find.

Site does not work
Gives wrong information to those who use electricity for heating using E7 electricity
Avoid. They seem to want to confuse customers. The results of searches for E7 tariffs also gives results for EV tariffs. This is confusing and unhelpful. Straight after using the switcheroo site I got a call from a mobile number claiming to be a switching site. They were rude and I had to hang up
Great site put in few details and confirmed Scottish Power was biggest saving, and was it saved me over £100 per month less than existing supp

But please Thank him for me very professional with my disabilities too. Many thanks .
Sms message received from switcheroo informing me of a new tariff offered by British Gas however eventually found a better deal with Scottish Power and which was even better.
I received a couple of calls after I tried to do online comparison. I answered to give insight as to the reason of my enquiry. I explained that I couldn't answer the phone within working hours 9-6 and I was told that after 6 is not possible. That's fine as I repeatedly explained that I am not taking the broadband out anyway as it is in my partners name and she has all of the details (as mentioned, I was only looking to see what the average speeds in my area are). My morning has been plagued by meetings and I have received 5 missed calls between 11.33AM and 12.38PM. 3 of which were one after the other whilst I was hitting the red button as I was performing a presentation at that time. These calls are on private numbers as well and you receive no information through email or text as to who is calling with contact details to call back on when free. The way the sales-people approach 'customer contact' is poor. Offer the customer an opportunity to choose a suitable call back time or spread 3 calls out throughout the day as a maximum, 5 calls on a private number over the space of 65 minutes is poor. It's actually aggravated and embarrassed me.
