Persistent Marketing Emails After Unsubscribing

Nuisance emails even after unsubscribing! I unsubscribed using the link in their emails but still keep receiving mail from them. After unsubscribing several times and still getting mail, I had to contact them direct to have my details removed, after a few days I received an email telling me my details had been removed and that I would no longer receive any further communication from them... and guess what, I still get mail!

Based on my own experience, I personally wouldn’t recommend the service.

I would add that 'Sid' is a nickname chosen when setting up my account. The claim that it does not show up on Switcheroo's records, has no relevance whatsoever. This response is merely aimed at discrediting my honest and frank review by implying that I'm not a genuine customer, which is utter nonsense.

Sending door to door sales who ignore…

Sending door to door sales who ignore no cold callers signs. Harassing disabled people is lowest of the low and could be a criminal offence. Very bad practice!

Details sold on

Since doing a comparison for energy for my move back to the UK, I have been inundated with calls and I have only used my new phone number on this site. Steer clear unless you want 15 different companies chasing you for the same thing!

Bad reps

Rep woke me up by hammering on the door when I'm on nightshift, and then had the front to get shirty with me when I interrupted his schpiel with a half-asleep "I don't sign up for anything at the door."

Yearly bill difference

Compared my bills from last year to now after switching. Saved over £600 on energy and broadband combined. Numbers don’t lie, innit.

I wanted a quote for 75 business mobiles, but wasn't going to continue with the site after it started harvesting all information.. Suspect a scam/spam site purely there to collect your information.

Liars - it is NOT possible to get an immediate online quote

Not possible to get an immediate online quote for business electricity; yet another site which makes this claim, then wastes your time asking for lots of information, before telling you one of "our operatives will now call you back". I don't want my time wasted by some random sales person, I want an online quote!! Luckily, as I'm aware of the lies these sites tell, I didn't use my own number!

Excellent customer service

The lady I spoke with was lovely. She was very helpful, clear in what the offer was, patient in waiting for me to gather information needed and was helpful in finding the right deal for us. Our bills have been extortionate and with the cost of living rising, it is a breath of fresh air for someone to offer such savings. I look forward to lower bills with good customer service in the near future.

I completed the online form and immediately received and a call from a helpful lady who explained the process. I was amazed with the savings to be made. I agreed to the transfer and look forward to my bills being lower.
