I recieved a phone call asking about my broadband and energy costs
I was half asleep so didn't think too much but I searched up the number while on the call which returned it was a scam so I hung up before agreeing to anything (they didn't even tell me about any "deals" yet
Proceeded to receive both a text and whats app saying i had chosen a new both saying "thanks for choosing Rise fibre" with a switcheroo link to a pre contract which i absolutely did not click
Whatever this company is doing I'd steer clear

It seems that when you ask Switcheroo to find a better deal for electricity, it costs you nothing, and the next thing that happens is a supplier contacts you directly - presumably the one with the best deal. So far, so good. Then, if you're happy with their offer, you don't need to do anything except agree to it, and they will do all the admin to make you their customer. When they inform your existing supplier they in turn will contact you with their best deal, to persuade you to stay with them. That's it so far. Switcheroo say they will call you within 60 seconds after you first contact them, by which they mean 15 minutes, so I did start to look elsewhere. Anyway, you just have to decide on the deal offered, and hope that the new supplier won't mess you about like the old one. A fixed TARIFF is just the rate you pay per unit, and does not mean a fixed direct debit. I don't like the way Scottish Power re-estimate and bump up your bill so I'm hoping British Gas don't do the same.
Money for nothing ...what can be better than cash back for nothing ?

Harry, George and Ty were very professional, friendly and informative about the deals they were offering. They answered all my questions with great knowledge and a true understanding of the services they was offering. I unfortunately couldn’t sign up for the broadband as not available in my area however, the lads did the upmost to save me money and inform me on speeds etc. I’m awaiting a call from gas&electric supplier they referred me too as it did indeed show to save me money! Thanks again lads

Knocked on door and didn’t even give me the chance to turn them away. Then started lying to me about my own prices by saying the price on my app that clearly said the 12 month cost was only for 9 months and that I’m paying much more. Tried to trick me into switching to British Gas by throwing numbers at me. Finally did my own research and found I’m on the lowest cost possible and it would have increased had I listened to them.

Had one the door to door guys sign me up for Broadband and a lot better energy deal. Now paying a lot less for energy and kids are over the moon with faster Internet Greig made it so easy to switch over and they also paid my early termination fee for Broadband would highly recommend
