As a first time buyer Lindsay and her assistant Kerry made the whole process so easy and stress free. They were available to explain absolutely anything to me, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From offer accepted and solicitors instructed to moving into my lovely new home within 10 weeks, they were super efficient and just overall amazing.

Great end to end purchasing experience
Me and my partner received brilliant service from the team at Switalskis Solicitors, who guided us through the house purchase process clearly and efficiently.
As first time buyers, we had little idea of what to expect when purchasing a property, but all of our questions were answered quickly and clearly. The conveyancing team also made sure to meet our time frame, with the whole process occurring significantly quicker than the average time it takes to buy a house, which was highly appreciated.
Each step of the process was made simple and clear, and any queries we had were answered promptly. The fees we paid were also very competitive, especially for the service that we received.
Overall, me and my partner are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Switalskis solicitors, and will definitely be using them in the future.
