Was told 6 to 8 weeks took over 16 weeks and was told that it had nearly completed at 8 which clearly wasn’t true had no communication other then when chased. One of the time we were told that we couldn’t speak to our solicitor as she had retired and which we were also not notified about. We were then contacted over a month later telling that they didn’t calculate the funds correctly and we still owed them £100

The second team I worked with was good, but the first team was incredibly slow and over capacity. They would take two weeks to respond to any email and turned my straight forward first time house purchase into a slog, taking 7 months and delaying the whole chain. I will not be returning to Switalskis in the future.
